The cashier was pleasant, but the person prepping food seemed to be having a bad day after dropping the pie containers on the food, she picked them up and continued to stuff pies, the French fries seemed to have been left from the morning shift. Not what I have experienced at Jacks and I visit this store regularly.

Now between the hours of breakfast up until I would like to say 5pm is exceptional service. Food is good, customer service is great, BUT after 5pm just go home and cook because the people on drive thru is are VERY RUDE. I like my total when I order over the speaker. My food was wrong and I am trying to figure out how you mess up a pre prepped CRISPY BLT salad. One day I came in to order and I had to stop the teenager twice from giving me a burger that I watched on the line from the time I got in there and I waited 45 minutes for my online order. The shift leader guy had no control over his shift. He was slow and they was telling him what they wasn't gone do. Yea, after 5pm at Jack's just go somewhere else.

They were not as friendly as I would have originally thought because of the store chain is usually very good and the employees are very nice and polite to the customers and I'm not very opinionated but the time between the ordering and receiving the order was a little more than I have been used to and the food was not cooked fresh I am going to show the food and the receipt and I had to turn around to go back to retrieve my sauce for my dry unsauced meat.

wanted the 2 dog and chili combo with a peanutbuter cookie shake place was out of chili and the cashier told me the shake picture was old and no one took it down but i was questionable because they were on the tables also so a little bummed bc i really wanted that shake

I ordered the chicken finger dinner and grilled chicken BLT salad,my food was packed before I got there,when I got home saw the mashed potato was replaced with salty fries without telling me ?the food was very cold,salty and tasteless.highly disappointed?

Very good, loved the chicken biscuit and the shake. They messed up my order and I got a free biscuit because of it so it was pretty good overall. I recommend this Jack's for any students in the area especially for breakfast and family reunions.
