I love this restaurant but they put too much salt on there French fries they will give some diabetes from all the salt. The owner need to do something about the salt intake because anyone other there food can tell they got way to much salt on the fries.

Chicken was okay, asked for secret sauce on a chicken sandwich and paid 1.30 for bacon, but got neither.
Ordered the chopped steak dinner with potatoes and gravy. The 2 little meat patties were so thin I could almost read through them the service wasn't much to speak of the people working. When I arrived, no one was at the order counter, Eric did announce customers waiting, but nobody responded finally after aprx 20 min. Waiting Eric did stop what he was doing and come took the order. Even though I did tell him the order was Dine in, it was served in a to go plate. My opinion is that this restaurant is very unorganized and mismanaged. They seemed to not care about taking orders.

Inconsistent. I ordered a cheeseburger/w fries on my first visit. The cheeseburger was fairly good as I remember. The fries were okay, nothing special. On second visit, my wife and I ordered basically the same thing for both of us. I ordered inside this time. After struggling with the associate on what was the best way to use their specials, I started getting irritated with him. He wasn’t much help and didn’t seem to care. I finally gave up asking about things and placed an order for cheeseburger and fries. I watched him pull the sandwiches from the already cooked bin and place them in the bag. We live less than five minutes away from the restaurant, so we took the takeout home to eat. The cheeseburger was so cold and greasy that it made both of ill. Greasy sandwiches and cold fries. Later in the week, I decided to try one more time while on my way picking my granddaughter up from school. I used my reward points and got a Jacks burger in the drive through. My plan was to eat the burger while waiting for her to get out of school. Much to my surprise, my bag contains another greasy cheeseburger, not a the nice fresh Jack’s burger I was expecting. I’m done with Jack’s. I gave them enough chances. They can keep any reward point I may have. I deleted their app.

The cashier was pleasant, but the person prepping food seemed to be having a bad day after dropping the pie containers on the food, she picked them up and continued to stuff pies, the French fries seemed to have been left from the morning shift. Not what I have experienced at Jacks and I visit this store regularly.
