I was very disappointed. I ordered my sandwiches and they got both wrong, after I explained what I wanted. Paid for what I wanted, gave me something else. Wrong bread, wrong sandwich, had an attitude when it came to adding topping on the sandwich, and to top it off, I got no receipt.

It's clean. Sandwiches are not great. It's just not my kind of Sandwich. Personal preference. I can't hear the people behind the counter. The noise level is too high. The ordering process was different for my co-worker than me. It confused me. Staff were nice and even checked on us.

I have been going to this location for over two years now. After a long day at work I decided to treat myself to Jersey Mike's. I ordered a giant Chipotle Cheesesteak with double meat which I had ordered many times before. I payed 25 dollars for this sandwich which seemed more than they usually charge. Once I received my sandwich I opened it and it looked like they didn't even give me extra meat much less the double meat that I paid for. The sandwich was extremely small with barley any meat on it. I went back in to the restaurant and they told me they had put on double steak which I believe was just a lie to save themselves the trouble of having to do anything. I am extremely disappointed I feel cheated and ripped off. I've been going here for years now but I think tonight will be my last trip to Jersey Mike's.

This Jersey Mike's location is 10 out of 10! Every visit they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and try to brighten your day. Specifically, my wife and I were here on 10/2/24, 6:25p, and the crew was fantastic! There was obviously some training going on, but both the trainer and trainee were kind and attentive. I recommend the management reward them with a themed dress-up day, or something fun like that... *Maybe this was suggested to me by the staff. Maybe it wasn't.* ;) Thanks for always taking care of your customers!

I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s, have been for years so any review of mind is biased at best but their food is “amazing and always” fresh and delicious. The other guys Subway, Fire House, and burger joints just can’t compare. From my humble opinion Jersey Mike’s is the ultimate sandwich period !!!!!
