Travel all over the country for work. This place was terrible. 20 mins wait and I watched the dude hold my bag and talk for several minutes before he brought it over to me eventually. I was the only customer there. Also could barely understand him

Management is terrible, specially Alisha, she is incredibly unprofessional and rude to her workers and show extreme favoritism to the ones who don’t work but have been there for a while, one being Virginia , who is rude to other other workers to their face, but more so to their back, saying how much they lack intelligence and discriminating against sexualities and gender identities, and disabilities . The good workers get made fun of behind their backs and the bad workers show up late and get praised for nothing. There’s a reason there’s always a job opening at this store, it’s because the good workers get tired of being harassed and made fun of by management and “more experienced” workers.

The food is good, but good lord are they slow. I used to order from here specifically when I wanted a quick delivery of something small, but definitely not anymore. Especially within about 2 hours of noon in either direction, you can place an order at 11:30 and have it not leave the store for almost an hour. It’s often slower to order from here than to order from many other restaurants in town that don’t even have the word “fast” in their corporate marketing. They have so many catering orders to make, and not enough employees to make them with.

How the hell do you run out of bread and why would you not notify people when they order
I’m going to give it to start just for the young lady that I talk to at this restaurant. The first guy that I talk to you in the drive-through. Was rude. I told him I was a first time customer. That I was looking at the menu. He could’ve easily told me what was good on the menu or anything. But he got off and put someone else I want to talk to me. She was very nice and patient. As soon as I finish my order, another lady pulled up behind me and then he jumps back on the intercom. No I will not be coming back. And I was hearing great things about this place. My sandwich was thrown together not warm at all. Super cold. But it is good. I warmed it up at home.
