Charged us 48.89$ for 16 peices of chicken. Then didnt give us the biscuits that we were charged for, they had horrible attitudes and the food was cold. I do not recommend.

I literally drove the Golden triangle the day I visited this location. We stopped at a few fast food places along the way. This group was very kind and I left in a better mood than I arrived which can change someone's day in a great way.

Employee/employees, will charge you for meals that you did not ask for on top of what you ask for. Twice I’ve been and been charged double then what I was supposed to, and had to go back and get my money back, then they proceed to act shocked like nothing happened. All a scheme to steal money from ppl. Need to find better employees. They all want big money but don’t have the ethics of a pig rolling around in mud.

There is never anyone here and I can see why. Food is terrible. Orders are wrong. Workers and management have no ethics or sign of intelligence or training. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Wait at Popeyes. Or Zaxbys. Or anywhere else except this mismanaged trash heap.

My grand discovered their fries & biscuits are her all time favorite. It's crazy traffic here today with GA playing State tomorrow. Friday after school is dinner with Grandma so we drove through KFC. Got back to her house & we didn't have the fries. We did have a bucket of chicken, green beans( OMG delicious), slaw, biscuits, extra order of biscuits, strips, but no fries. I called & they asked if I wanted to come back, (only for that sweet Grand, of course). No line in the drive thru?!! Yea!!! Apology & the girl said she remembered me!! When I took the fries to our Princess, we found a couple extra strips too! Way to go for customer service!! Food is delicious too!!
