I was just in your deli department and I purchased 3 packages of sliced HARD salami, and come to find out, every single slice still has the wax paper on the hard salami….. that is a no no. But, instead of fixing the mistake, you sold it to people. Your place was the only physical store that I know of that sold hard salami. So, I attempted to call your department and come to find out, you hung up on me. I then called the store and they hung up on me. I called a number of departments and every single time I was hung up on the very moment the the department transfer was made. And I am NOT okay with this. I will now be shopping online and have my food packaged and shipped with dry ice, which is more cheap, with a much larger variety. This is because of YOUR willful mistake. Now, there are people out there that would have eaten that very wax paper without thinking. You know what you did, and you still did it. And I am feel like kicking this up a notch for you since I still have physical proof of said willful mistake. Have a nice day.

Took them 30 mins after my pick up window to get my order out no explanation or apology at all. Had to call into the store 3 times n get a little stern before they finally brought my order to me. Very disappointed set there eating my gas to save a few dollars is not worth it to me.

Kroger’s in Starkville is by far the worse with pick up they had people waiting for up to 4 hours for their pick up and every time you would ask them about it they would say it’s ready. I will never in my life shop there for anything else. To me if you can’t provide the service don’t offer it. Especially when you go inside the store and you see employee just walking around even if it’s not their department they should at least pull them to help.. it’s terrible headquarter should look into this

So I love Kroger and don't generally have complaints about it. However I used ClickList for the first time today... when I opened my trunk to get my groceries out I found that the snuggle fabric softener that I had ordered had leaked all over my trunk. At least it smells good. Lol when I was putting things away, the coriander I had purchased had a completely cracked lid. So while it's sealed it's pretty useless after, as spices need to be sealed to retain freshness. I liked the simplicity of clicklist, however I would have hoped the employees would have done a better job at making sure the product I purchased wasn't damaged... I'll update if they do anything about it.

First of all, I would still shop here over Walmart. That being said, this Kroger is going downhill as far as brand diversity goes. For one, you guys only offer ONE brand of soy milk (silk), which sucks because it's made in the same factory with their almond milk, which I'm allergic to. I was drinking 8th continent soy without the allergic reaction I get from silk but you'd stopped carrying it. That's fine, guess I'll just have to buy it elsewhere.

After shopping for over an hour, I start to a checkout line as the guy turns his light out and says he is done. No problem, I understand break times, until I realized at 4pm on a Sunday with a store full of shoppers that there is now only 1 checker. All other lanes are marked for express lanes or the new scan and goo. So I am like 4th in that line but each person had full buggies so we are there a while and the line continues to build behind me. No new lanes are opened even

Really upset with Kroger clicklist in Starkville right now. I placed an order last night (June 23rd) for 1:00pm pick up today (June 24th). Got there and the order never went through. Re-submitted it for a later pickup today (June 24th). Called to make sure they would be open until 8:00 since we were eating dinner. Got there at 7:50 and no one answered. My husband went in and was told they close at 8:00. He was like....it's 7:55. So he came back out and told me. It was 7:59. N
