We placed an order at this location through Uber Eats. took well over an hour of no update and no delivery for us to start to question what exactly was the issue, we contacted this location to see if the food was picked up (if not we had no issue going and getting it as it was almost 8pm at this point) sat on hold for over 20 mins until “Daniel” answered the phone. we asked our questions and he told us our food was still there but never asked for a name for our order so we instantly didn’t believe him. when my husband questioned him about the name on the order he hung up on us!!(we were fed up and went to go pick it up ourselves) I called back and spoke to a really nice woman who told me she would get me connected to the manager, waited another 15 mins with no answer! this place is truly a joke!

Normally little ceasars is good, our towns little Ceasars got shut down so we thought it would be nice to get some in Starkville....nope they probably gave us 3 or 4 day old pizza, it was so hard that when it hit the plate it sounded like a rock. Don't buy from this little ceasars.

Today I witnessed two young ladies show exceptional kindness and customer service to an elderly lady.
It was 8 pm and I online ordered a pizza. I drive to the store to pick up my pizza and the damn store was closed! Not a soul in sight! My order went through online and never told me that they were closed. They aren’t supposed to close until 11pm. A complete waste of my time.

This is one of the cleanest/efficient locations I’ve been to. The workers on 11-10-24, around 5pm, were very attentive and were working hard on getting everyone’s orders out. Usually when I come to a little ceasars they’re chaotic & messy and this was surprisingly the opposite. Will be back.
