Haven’t been here in a very long time and not sure why. The food was as good as I remember with a great selection.

Food was wrong .. asked for a refund nicely an there was no manager in store an said I would have to wait until next day when manager came in to get a cash refund all because the manager didn’t want to drive back to the store , but wanted me to drive back to the store to pick up $12 .. make it make sense . When is a business place ran without management an if you don’t trust your employees to return a cash return they just made then it’ll probably be best to stay at work until you can find an assistant manager .. front cashiers are sweet as pie tho

Super busy day at work, so a collegue went and picked up McAlisters. I prefer Peppers but they are closer to work, so i gave them a chance.
I order the Chose 2. Chicken Tortilla Soup and Club Baked Potato. Very disappointed.
First, i was given 3 literal tortilla chips in a small baggie as if there is a chip shortage.
Secondly, my potato was bagged without butter or sour cream. Im not sure who eats potatos without butter or sour cream, but i choked down part of it.
Thnakfully we have forks at work since i wasnt given one with my meal.
Im not sure what has happened to the Starkville McAlisters. It use to be good. Ill definately not go back. Wasted money on food i couldnt really eat.

Dietary restrictions: The menu very clearly shows allergens in menu and the staff is very knowledgeable.
Parking: Lots of parking spots, but they are shared through several businesses at cotton crossing
Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking but it is limited for the whole shopping mall.

Please dont eat here. They will continue to mess up your order over and over again, & when you call, they act as if they cant help you. I ordered a choose 2, w/ the ultimate nachos & the sandwhich, when I opened the box, my nachos were in the SAME container as my sandwhich w/ chips & lettuce wilted underneath.. why would you choose to put nachos & a sandwhich in the same container, I really dont know. Fast forward to some weeks, I reordered JUST the ultimate nachos, and all they gave me were cheese sauce & tomatoes. The only thing they could do to “help” was give me some chilli….. what am i going to do w/ one random bowl of chilli? I asked for them to just replace the whole thing, and apparently they cant do that since the only thing that was missing was the chili.. Asking for a refund would have confused them even more. If you want to go where folks are incompetent, then by all means, be my guest. but they will screw over your order and talk to you as if its YOUR fault.

First and foremost Usually have a great experience at McAlister’s but this one here just wasn’t it they were out of most things I requested for instance bread and when had to change what I originally ordered they were out of Mac and cheese well it was frozen secondly my girlfriend got the salad she was enjoying the ranch was alittle off but was going good till a bug came out the same walked across the plate and table I was like you can’t make this up so I really hope they just come around to get it together please will maybe return again but it was horrible experience

Don’t eat here!! This place used to be good. I always get the King Club sandwich. The last 3 times I’ve gotten it, they barely put any meat. Literally 1 or 2 slices of each meat. I talked to the manager twice and said it won’t happen again but I’m done. There must be new management or staff because something is off. I don’t recommend this place at all.
