I went to McDonald’s this morning and there was not many people I ordered and then people started coming in. And people after me got there food first.got my food after 45 mins that is ridiculous.they ignored me the whole time I was there. McDonald’s u need more and better workers.

I work nights and when I get off this is the only place open to get a meal but no matter if I go at 2am-5am their “system” is always down or they are switching from lunch to breakfast. I understand this happens but how is this the case every time I try to get some food after work.

horrible service, waited 15 minutes for food while being the only customer there , and asked for ketchup 2 times and it got thrown on the ground instead of handed to me, very disrespectful.

Wanted my sausage on a roll instead of a muffin or biscuit and was told rather abruptly, they had no buns out! Buns should be am option for their breakfast sandwiches. I went to BK instead and got it on a crossiant!
Ordered a Hot N Spicy McChicken. When I got it it was only a chicken patty and a small gob of mayo. No lettuce.

I almost never go to McDonalds, but my friends and I decided to order Happy meals after watching the Minecraft movie, hoping to receive collectible toys in each of the boxes. However, 2 happy meal boxes were missing the collectible toys, and only 1 had a toy. The entire purpose of the happy meal is the collectible, so why are they missing? This could be why this McDonalds has such a terrible reputation.
