The food is normally good, but the customer service is terrible. The lady at the payment window rolled her eyes bc I normally go to the pickup spots. So I accidentally passed the window a little. She rushed me the entire time I was trying to order. I’m the kindest “yes sir, yes ma’am” person. I will drive half way across town for now on.

Literally the nastiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. I nearly fell the floors were so greasy and slick. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The hash brown I ordered was literally soggy with grease. Fans on the counters everywhere. Just soo sooo gross. I threw away all the food I ordered. People were nice but the place and food were the absolute worst.

As soon as you walk in the floors are greasy. The tables and booths were nasty, it took us a moment to spot a clean table. It took the forever to come ring us up. There was only like 3 or 4 employees. They didn't wear gloves. The mcgridles were thrown together.

went here at 10pm. the inside was vacant and looked like i was about to play five night’s at freddy’s. we had to repeat our order over again because she didn’t hear us the first time. when we pulled up the lady didn’t know how much our order cost. she was probably high! but our food was fresh and the icecream was so tall it almost hit the rim of the car window. i never laughed that much at a mcdonald’s, and i made such a fun memory with them. is this probably not the best mcdonald’s? no! but was it fun? hell yeah

Woman who took our order was extremely rude, would not let us finish talking before she interrupted with " what else you want" ( she had no name tag) she was very unprofessional and up charged us When placing the order she put the apple juice to the happy meal separately and put the sweet tea we ordered in with the happy meal so it changed us extra for a drink upcharge ( I've worked at McDonald's so I know how the system works) when we got to the window she snatched the card out of my husbands hand and took almost 4 minutes to run the card ( their weren't even any cars ahead of us and we still had to park for a very small order. Will never return to this location

They gave me a moldy burger and wouldn’t even give me my money back. I used to spend at least $30 per week at this McDonald’s but ever since this incident I have refused to eat any food from here. I would recommend everyone else do the same. You are more likely to die of aflatoxin poisoning than getting quality food from this restaurant.

I got a number 7 and the burgers were cold and stale. Taste like they were sitting for hours. Just a couple days ago they said their grill was down so I don’t know how they’re cooking their meat now but they need to switch it up.

So I went through the drive through at 1:30 am mind you this is a location that is supposed to be 24 hours. They told me that they only had a Quarter Pounder or Nuggets. Please someone tell me the difference from a cheeseburger and a quarter pounder? I was told they won’t do a cheeseburger. So I had to get the nuggets. On top of that I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with extra caramel. By the time I got to the window to receive my order the lady didn’t even pay attention to the iced coffee as part of my order and made us pull up and wait almost 10 minutes and proceeded to not even fill the cup up completely and claimed it is because they normally put a large iced coffee in a medium cup but on the cup it has L on it and shows the drinks they put in that size. Which states iced coffee. Therefore the employee was just too lazy to fulfill my request. So if you want a decent McDonalds to go to do not even waste your time with this one. You will only disappoint yourself.
