I got a number 7 and the burgers were cold and stale. Taste like they were sitting for hours. Just a couple days ago they said their grill was down so I don’t know how they’re cooking their meat now but they need to switch it up.

So I went through the drive through at 1:30 am mind you this is a location that is supposed to be 24 hours. They told me that they only had a Quarter Pounder or Nuggets. Please someone tell me the difference from a cheeseburger and a quarter pounder? I was told they won’t do a cheeseburger. So I had to get the nuggets. On top of that I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with extra caramel. By the time I got to the window to receive my order the lady didn’t even pay attention to the iced coffee as part of my order and made us pull up and wait almost 10 minutes and proceeded to not even fill the cup up completely and claimed it is because they normally put a large iced coffee in a medium cup but on the cup it has L on it and shows the drinks they put in that size. Which states iced coffee. Therefore the employee was just too lazy to fulfill my request. So if you want a decent McDonalds to go to do not even waste your time with this one. You will only disappoint yourself.

This place needs to be inspected by a health inspector! The fries they keep serving me are so gross u can tell the oil HAS NOT been changed at all on my sandwich they still put old lettuce and u always have to wait so long at the drive thru not to mention they are unprofessional yeah I’m done with this place before I fall sick health wise

I went through the drive thru after lunch rush to order 4 value meals and 2 frappes. No special order or anything. Only 1 car ahead of me in drive thru. Lobby pretty much empty. After I paid I sat at the other window for a long moment after we got our drinks just to be told to pull up and wait. Well after a total of 20 min later after getting our drinks we finally got our food. By then our frappes were pretty much melted, the burgers barely passed as warm and the fries were cold and unsalted. I just don't understand the reason for it. I wouldn't be so upset if the food was actually fresh and warm and we got our frozen drinks at the same time but... what a waste of $60

Who ever the girl is that was working the drive thru on july 17th at 3:10pm needs an attitude check. I used my mobile app to place the order. When going through the drive thru i said i used the app. She said “whats the name” and i said i have a code for my order and gave her the code. She said “whats the name” again after i gave her the code. I said i have just the code for the order. She then raised her voice at me saying louder a third time “WHATS THE NAME”. Theyre supposed to use the code. Not have people say their names at the drive thru. It seems like no one told her or shes just stubborn and rude about it.
