We ordered through grub hub from here and it was amazing. However we went in to the restaurant to eat when I was there last weekend to pick my son up from MSU and it was less that desirable. Maybe a bad day in the kitchen or something else may have been gling on I just higher expectations since the delivery was so good a couple weeks ago.

Ordered the Carlitos steak, got outside to the parking lot because I immediately felt ill and threw it all up. Steak was literally rotten. The waiter was too busy talking to some friends that visited to attend to us so we were waiting on the bill for ages even when no one else was there. I LOVED this place when I stayed here but after getting actual food poisoning from the terrible food I have to say stay away at all costs.

Visited here twice last week. Monday night the food and service were awesome, Wednesday night I got thirsty waiting on something to drink after my first I ordered something different from my first visit and was really disappointed. Tha atmosphere was like a room half full of people that didn't want to be there and showed it by staring at their phone instead helping customers. They still get 4 stars because wed night is not the norm.

My waiter was absolutely disrespectful and tried to steal someone’s purse. She was terrible and took so long and was so freaking rude. Absolutely will never return. I understand cinco de mayo stress but she was the worst waiter I have ever had. She never gave us her name so I can’t say the name, but she served us in the back room and was awful.

We visited on a weekday and enjoyed the lively atmosphere and decor. The dynamite shrimp was a hit, but the seafood bag (Cajun) was just okay. Next time, I'll opt for the hot and spicy version instead! For desserts - churro milkshake and cheesecake were both delicious and very tempting presentation!
