Put in a mobile order and waited till 20 minutes after I checked in for it to tell me they couldn’t make half of it and then gave me the wrong variant of rice.

I was on my meal break for work and ordered off Grubhub so I didn’t waste any time getting my food. I got an entree of teriyaki chicken and since there wasn’t any out I had to wait for it to cook. The teriyaki chicken is the only option at this location that isn’t absolutely disgusting. They told me it was a 6 min wait so I left and came back. My food still wasn’t ready in those 6 mins. I had to wait 22 minutes for teriyaki chicken. On top of that, the lady was calling out mobile order names and I guess she thought the name she was calling was me and it wasn’t and she looked me in the eyes and was YELLING that name at me. I gave her a smirk and waited. Never coming back to this location cause the food is bad and the service is even worse.

Only one employee checks to see if they're giving you the food you ordered, so I ended up getting someone else's. Good food but bad accountability

The food looks great. But taste awful. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced. I’m not very picky with food but I threw it in the garbage.

Great Chinese/American food. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. When I went in one of the employees was sweeping the floors and cleaning the top of the lights in the dining area. This is always great to see. Very, very clean.

The food at Pandas is your regular run of the mill Chinese takeout food and they do a very good job here in serving. Try the honey walnut shrimp or the honey sesame chicken. The grilled teriyaki chicken and the Beijing beef are the other dishes that are worth trying. The people serving do a very good job there, but I wish they hired more servers. That would definitely speed up the process. The current servers are definitely overworked.

My husband ate the Honey Sesame, Orange chicken & fried rice. I had the Honey Walnut shrimp, Beef & Broccoli w/ chow mein. It was all so good & the lunch staffs hospitality was on point
Had the steak bowl with Chow Mein, egg roll and a drink - great!
Just waited 20 minutes in the drive just to get home too see that they forgot 10$ worth or chicken I paid for…

Food is okay, but no one here cooks as well as the one by Walmart. There's also a long wait to get what you want.

90% rice 10% chicken for $7 doesn't rock
I don't know why but unlike EVERY SINGLE other fast food place they just wont let you wait on food to cook. They wont just let you go ahead and order what you want while say some chicken is cooking. Even if it's only a few minutes away from being done. Its wacky... maybe its because a lot of students go to it and they don't want a lot of backed up orders? They must be shocked at how any other fast food place does it. They'd be shocked if they knew I had to wait 5-7 minutes for food from a fast food place one time but could still place my order and WAIT FOR IT... if you cant handle these students then you cant handle a real fast food place. Hire competent workers please! Needles to say I left, as I would of had to get back in line and wait again. Completely unnecessary!
Always 👍 The cashiers are informative and helpful.
