Terrible customer service. Had to wait over an hour to get my pizza. Just for it to come out cold. The workers would not even acknowledge the customers after multiple complaints.

We placed our order at 6:00. Was told that we could pick it up at 6:30. It’s now 9:30 and we have yet to receive any of our order. I understand things might be a little behind, seeing as how there was a deal for $2 personal pan pizzas. But this is absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing. Not to mention the fact that the GM said they will not refund our money in store or if we were to call. Absolutely ridiculous!!! We will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I have been waiting at Pizza Hut for over an hour for a remake because their pizza dough was excessively oily, resembling a meat and cheese dish. The General Manager or owner should review the security footage and consider retraining or terminating the staff, as they appear to be inattentive to the numerous customers present. I requested a refund, which was denied. Had to act a fool to get a refund. They gave me someone else pizza as well. You better look an check your food. Check the bottle as well that’s the main part

I ordered Pizza Hut at 8:28am and they give the option of when you want it delivered I picked 9:45am. I knew they didn’t open up until 9:30am and I was fine with that. They cancel my order without giving me a call to let me know as to why they were cancel it. We waited almost 2 hours for that pizza and I had to give them a call to see what was going on. They didn’t bother to call me and let me know anything. Very unprofessional and poor communication!!

The employees definitely do not want to work here. They either are on their phone ignoring the customers watching YouTube or are high in the back. Food seems to be okay, but employees need to find jobs they actually like. 2/10, never coming back.

If I could give this place a zero I would. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes waiting in the store before anyone even helped us. Tried calling the store and no one picked up the phone. We’re extremely disorganized and not friendly. Got the pizza, brought it home, and it was wrong. Do not order here unless u want to wait an extra 30 minutes for wrong food.

Now serving hair! Employees were very rude, especially the general manager, she was very loud and unprofessional, they would not refund my money. One employee admitted to it being his hair before the general manager told him to shut his mouth. All I wanted was food because I didn’t have the strength to cook after finding out my grandfather died today, so yeah I guess it’s “kick a grieving man while he’s down” day for Pizza Hut employees. I have also reported their behavior, photos of the employees and 5 slices of hairy pizza to corporate.

The quality of the food is just terrible. The bottom of the pizza is bumpy you tell them the first thing they say is it’s the oven. I kid you not, I ordered pizza from the Columbus Hwy 45 location NO bumps on pizza. Maybe, the oven needs to be cleaned or something. The service & atmosphere is definitely nowhere on the charts, the restaurant is just there for no reason at this point. Wait time is horrible, online says ready for pickup in 20 mins you get there add another 20 minutes. The wings could also use more sauce if I wanted not sauce I would’ve ordered naked wings. Pls do better or just get new management or whatever needs to be done.
