If I could give this place a zero I would. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes waiting in the store before anyone even helped us. Tried calling the store and no one picked up the phone. We’re extremely disorganized and not friendly. Got the pizza, brought it home, and it was wrong. Do not order here unless u want to wait an extra 30 minutes for wrong food.

Now serving hair! Employees were very rude, especially the general manager, she was very loud and unprofessional, they would not refund my money. One employee admitted to it being his hair before the general manager told him to shut his mouth. All I wanted was food because I didn’t have the strength to cook after finding out my grandfather died today, so yeah I guess it’s “kick a grieving man while he’s down” day for Pizza Hut employees. I have also reported their behavior, photos of the employees and 5 slices of hairy pizza to corporate.

The quality of the food is just terrible. The bottom of the pizza is bumpy you tell them the first thing they say is it’s the oven. I kid you not, I ordered pizza from the Columbus Hwy 45 location NO bumps on pizza. Maybe, the oven needs to be cleaned or something. The service & atmosphere is definitely nowhere on the charts, the restaurant is just there for no reason at this point. Wait time is horrible, online says ready for pickup in 20 mins you get there add another 20 minutes. The wings could also use more sauce if I wanted not sauce I would’ve ordered naked wings. Pls do better or just get new management or whatever needs to be done.

Ordered a Carry Out Pizza and Was Told would be ready in 30 mins. Arrived before the time and had to wait other 30 mins because the card machine was down. Then on top of that the manager tried to make me pay for a cold pizza that was sitting in the warmer for almost a hour. I would never spend another dime here...

Sent someone to pick my order up and he explained there was a second order but cashier told him several times there was not second order. He had to drive all the way back for the cheese sticks and they were cold. I customized the pizzas and instructions were not followed.

Called and placed order at 8:04 said it would be 30 minutes no problem now it’s 9:245 still no pizza. The pizza finally arrived at 9:35.

In the Starkville location the workers are kind.. but.. the pizzas don't ever look MEATY and CHEESEY IF.. I have the time to drive to the Columbus store beside Kroger .. I WILL every time ‼️

Apparently Pizza Hut uses DoorDash for delivery service now. Someone’s child brought my order to my door. The toppings were too big and the pizza border-lined undercooked. So disappointing.
