Food was nasty and blend. Service was ok. RAW chicken and im never going back. Go to Walk On, GOOD food and it was hot and get your money worth. It is not a ordinary seafood play. Boudin balls taste just like rice, Mac n cheese was dry and everything was nasty. I can go on and on but find out for yourself

I love this place....feels like home. Food was comforting and the fishbowls are to die for. The real cherry on top was that I drank three fishbowls and they let me drive myself home. If that isn't service I don't know what is! Will definitely come back.

Every time I visit Starkville I have to stop and have something off the menu doesn't matter what it's all wonderful. I have never had anything but great service there.

This place serves the best wings in town, and they have a great selection of draft beers.

Out of 4 people, two liked the food and two didn't. Definitely had a dive bar feel, which wasn't really what we were looking for... Service was incredibly slow, but otherwise good.

We have been having our Starkville High School class of 77 and 78 social alumnae gatherings here the 3rd Friday of the month recently ! I can say enough about how delicious the pasta and the tacos are. We usually have 7-12 people in our group and the servers are very attentive and they are quick to fill your glass . I highly recommend Rosey Baby as it has been in Starkville for maybe 30 years or so ! Go there to eat and you won’t be disappointed. I’d give them 6 stars if I could !
Visited Starkville on business and invited my coworkers to Rosey Baby, as I enjoyed this establishment during my time (20 years ago) at MS State. I ate gumbo and experienced the worst case of food poisoning that you could imagine. I ended up calling an ambulance to my hotel room at 3am to see if I was dying. I called the restaurant the next morning and reported the incident. I asked the manager to have the owner call me but never heard from them. Couldn’t make it to my meeting the next day and needed an IV when I made it back home to replenish fluids. Beware.

We love Rosey Baby. It is a must stop every time we come to Starkville.
The cocktail menu is amazingly versatile and the craft beer selection is HUGE.
Tonight we had the Rosey Burger, Cajun stuffed ribeye, red beans and rice, and Cajun quesadilla. WE ATE EVERYBITE.
For dessert we had our favorite the beignets, and tried something new the strawberry butter cake. Can't wait until our next visit.

Food took an hour. Red beans and rice… rice was hard, dish was cool, red beans and sausage ok but overcooked. Fried catfish, very good. French fries good. Wings awful. Crawfish etoufee edible but not great. Cajun pasta with crawfish so thick it tasted like eating a plate of thick flour sauce. Our waitress was very sweet and apologetic for our food taking forever, never saw or spoke to a manager.
