I had a good experience here. It reminds me of Moe's Southwest Grill. I purchased the chicken quesadilla combo (chips and cheese) and chicken bowl. While the quesadilla hits the grill (which is why it is generally hot), my family member stated their food (chicken bowl) was not hot only a "tad warm" .. spent a total of~$28. It was good overall but I took away a war because of only warm food is not needed for food that you pay for. Service was nice even with younger adults. I would recommend and visit again.

Place is very clean and service was 10/10. Food was a little disappointing tbh. For the price I expected something a bit better. While it’s not my favorite place it’s alright. Pork was very very good though. I may return for pork tacos because their pork was moist and flavorful. But for not anytime soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Will not be going back here lol. Customer service is terrible. First of all, the girl that made my burrito didn't wrap it right at all and didn't even cover the full burrito with foil. I opened up my food and everything fell out... that ain't a burrito. Second, her attitude was poor period. She was in a rush making mine and my boyfriends food, and you can clearly tell she was because she didn't make our food how we wanted. Mainly my boyfriends. She didn't give him a FULL serving of the steak for his nachos... and this has happened multiple times that we have came here, with the same two caucasian girls that work here. EVERY SINGLE TIME. He also specifically asks for a LITTLE SMALL portion of shredded cheese and they proceed to grab a handful of cheese... so yes, this was our last time since clearly things don't change :) please don't waste your time on bad customer service on this place. the rice isn't cooked all the way either, and dry. another female worker (african american) checked us out and said NOTHING. no "thank you", "have a good day", NOTHING... please do better on who you're hiring.

We eat here about once a month. Normally the service is great. This time however about the time we walked up to start ordering two young women walked and started talking to the staff. They all started cutting up to the point the young man that was supposed to be assisting couldn't. He never asked if was dine in or out (we ended up getting it to go because of the behavior), never asked if we wanted combos and when I did remember to ask for it looked peeved that I had asked. I'd be lying if I said I'd never go back, because I will but I am disappointed in the experience I had this go around.
Always ate at the one in Knoxville,Tn. It was always great. Not so with this one. Food was ok, just not what I expected for $53 for three people. Most likely I will not be back.

We got Salsaritas delivered for lunch yesterday. Usually the food is decent, but yesterday they decided to serve grilled chicken that was burned to the point that you could not eat it! Very unprofessional. I would not have let this food leave the building.

I know from personal experience that all meats I can vouch for are frozen. And ground beef comes pre cooked. They just steam the ground beef and pork. Shrimp very frozen of course. The fajita veggies are precut and bagged. Tortillas even frozen. This whole fresh claim is a total joke. They barely clean kitchen at all the floors are disgusting. Stay away from here just go the chipotle or moes you’ll find much better food there!
