I went to slims 4 times over the last few years always went to the drive through . The employees were always short, rude. Over a year ago I told my wife we would not return. About a week ago she wanted to go back she said we'll go inside I agreed. It was nice good food. Tonight I went back to get supper, I went back inside to get a To go order I went to the counter and the employee was so rude I told her I didn't have to eat there and went to another place. I will not go back. I've given them enough chances.

We came through the drive thru for the first time tonight. We ordered 2 “Chick” orders with two drinks. At the window, we got the bag and drinks. When we got home, we realized they had given us the wrong order - granted we should have checked the bag. We went back to the store to get our correct order. After telling the woman, the staff started laughing, which was slightly aggravating but its not that big of a deal. We watched as they gave the food they had previously given us to someone else. As someone who does work in the restaurant industry, this was the biggest red flag I saw. Once food leaves the stores, you cannot give it to another person because thats kind of a health hazard, but I digress. We got our food, they apologized, and we went home. The food was alright, nothing super special, but I will be back at some point.

Sat in drive through over 30 minutes and when we got to window, no employees were working the policeman that was in line in front of us even got irritated and went inside. We left cause of poor service! We will not be going back! Worst slim chicken restaurant I've ever been too.
We went after a football game. We expected it to be busy, and it was. I’m pretty patient, stood in line for 30 minutes waited another 30 minutes or so for our food. Again I’m patient so it’s ok. However I’m patient when the service is at least decent. The only one that seemed to care was the manager and he was in the kitchen. The service there is absolute trash. No one checks on you, they don’t have any sense of urgency to get things done the manager was really running himself in the ground trying to get things done. His team however not so much. I probably won’t go back and definitely won’t recommend this restaurant.

We love slim chickens and usually go Sundays after church. Here are issues we’ve had:no ice, bathroom out of order, only 1 person behind counter (we left), foul smell in restaurant (left again!), very little French fries. We keep going back hoping it’ll be better, but nope!

Honestly it's a pretty good fast food chicken place. Food is good, reasonable price, like 12 dollars for 5 finger meal with fries and drink. Never gotten my order wrong and has an app with reward points.

Everytime I’ve ever been to the slim chickens in Starkville which isn’t much due to waiting atleast thirty minutes on the drive thru line I’m not even hungry by the time I get my food and today I wasn’t even asked for my order. I had my windows down the entire time and had to ask hello for someone to even respond. I guess I would had sat there all night . That was weird. I could hear her fine the mic was definitely loud enough she just chose to not speak. Horrible service. Won’t be back to Starkville location. Good thing I only work here and can visit my local slim chickens with better service.
