We came through the drive thru for the first time tonight. We ordered 2 “Chick” orders with two drinks. At the window, we got the bag and drinks. When we got home, we realized they had given us the wrong order - granted we should have checked the bag. We went back to the store to get our correct order. After telling the woman, the staff started laughing, which was slightly aggravating but its not that big of a deal. We watched as they gave the food they had previously given...
Honestly it's a pretty good fast food chicken place. Food is good, reasonable price, like 12 dollars for 5 finger meal with fries and drink. Never gotten my order wrong and has an app with reward points.
usually i enjoy the food and the wait is hit or miss (like most fast food places) so i don’t usually mind it, but i can’t justify coming back until the air vents are cleaned since i definitely saw mold on them the last time i ate at the
