This place is super stingy with their dipping sauce even when it comes to the amount you’re supposed to get. A medium cheese stick is supposed to come with 2 sauces. I even added two under the condiments in the app. Only received one. I asked for another one and they said I had to pay for it. I used to work at sonic. I know how many sauces come with what item. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I recommend going to the one across from Walmart! Much friendlier service there!

If you want everything you ordered, don’t do it through the app, or in person. Constantly misses parts of the order. Paid on the app for extra sauce, never got any, when mentioned to the server that I was missing sauces she came back and said that the sauce was put in the bag (it was not). So I just left. Chick-fil-A is right down the road I recommend going there

I tried to order through the app and everything I would add to my bag was unavailable. The only thing that went through was a drink. What kind of sonic is out of everything?? I was not expecting this as almost every stall had a car in it. I said screw it and went elsewhere. They also need to fix the parking lot. It's in pretty bad shape.

Just awful. My super sonic burrito was ice cold. I got 4 jr burritos for my kinds and they were so small that they were able to eat it in two bites. I did an app order and got side of sauces. Some ranch and marinara for mozzarella sticks and for my kid that won’t eat food without ranch. I did not receive them. When I paged the store I asked for the 4 ranches and 1 marinara that was on my receipt and they told me that it’s against their policy to give me that many sauces even though it shows I got them on my receipt. This franchise is money hungry and could care less about the customers. Thanks for leaving myself and my kinds hungry.

I get it, it's the weekend. Schedule extra people please.Waited 15 minutes to order waited 30 to get food. Order was wrong of course and food was not cold but super cold!!!?‍♀️Not fast food!!!Nope. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an online order & when I arrived to pick it up they brought it out missing all of the sauces I selected and also refused to put relish on my sons hotdog because it was in the wacky pack. Even though my online order showed where I ordered it with relish. They said I would have to pay extra outside of what I already paid online, which had the relish listed along with all of my other sauces they refused to give me. So disappointed they couldn’t just give me what was on my order that I paid for as I stood there talking to the manager while my 4 year old son cried and screamed in the car waiting to eat. This is what he asked for after his dentist appointment and they wouldn’t even give the correct order. We eat sonic frequently and I promise will never be back at this location. My advice would be to go to a different location if you want what you pay for and want to be treated properly, no professionalism here whatsoever. Adding in that my carhop was kind, not her fault management at this location is not doing their job correctly. I did make sure to tip her extra.

I had an issue with placing an order at the wrong sonic (completely my fault for not double checking the location), so I called to see if it could be transferred. I was told no I could either pick it up at that location or have the order cancelled, and then was promptly hung up on. I did not want to go through the ordeal of the process of refunding of my card, so I drove to the other sonic (302 Ms-12 E). when I arrive it allowed me to enter my stall number and then the screen on the stall said there was an error and to hit the button. I was then rudely told that my order was canceled and that I would have to place it again. I asked if it would be refunded and they told me I had to go through a website to refund it. i was confused because how would you be able to cancel an order, but I would have to go through the website to receive my refund? They had turned off the mic at this point. I called the store to talk to the manager on duty, and I was met with even more anger from her. Immediately after I called I also had a carhop come out to try to talk to me at the same time as well, may I mention that I had already been there for 20 minutes and had not had a second glance from the carhop previously, and I had both of them telling me that they could not refund me and to place my order again. The car hop left while still on the phone with the manager. Mid sentence I was hung up on by the manager. I was flabbergasted because I have never been treated so poorly at any restaurant nor fast food service before. I traveled back to the original sonic I was at (913 Ms12) and was treated so well and kindly. They were appalled that this occurred and helped me get their location and district number. I will be reaching out to district on this matter, because no one should be treated this way.

The only question is if this is the worst run fast food place in Starkville. It’s neck and neck with the other Sonic location on the west side of town. Corporate should be embarrassed to allow them to use the Sonic name.
