Currently been waiting 20 mins for 2 diet cokes. Several of the booths where you pull in have been out of order for several months and management doesn’t seem to care as they won’t even put a sign up to let customers know which spots can’t be used. Forget fast when you stop at this Sonic.

Used to be my favorite Sonic until today… recently. Close it until it’s properly staffed because by it being one person & 10 at a stall, it’s ridiculous wait time. For a cup of ice only, the wait was 10 mins. I’m patient because I have worked in fast food for many years myself but the professionalism & quality of service lacks here. The cleanliness is horrible too got to the bottom of the cup a long piece of hair in the cup like I know the ice isn’t much but it’s mine I don’t want to chew hair. Marking that a server is on the way with the order when the wait was 10 mins is definitely not right either too worried about the time & not being able to get it to the customer in the needed time manner is definitely a no go. Hire more people that wanna work, I promise you’ll see a turn around.

Ordered a Large Chocolate Shake and it was too thick and undrinkable. Ended up having to go to the other Sonic downtown and buy another Shake. I want my $6.59 back for the horrible shake from the first Sonic.

This Sonic is extremely slow and almost always gets the order wrong. I order ahead in the app and still end up waiting 20+ mins after I check-in, and usually I’m just getting a slush or shake. The people are nice most of the time but it’s just not worth it, go to the other one down the road.

Only car in the parking lot and it still takes 20 minutes to get my food and most of the time it’s wrong. This is the slowest and worst sonic I’ve ever been to.

I love Sonic but I have no idea what has happened at this location recently. Pulled into a stall at 11:43 after waiting over 7 minutes without anyone answering I tried a second stall, and then a third. Finally after almost 20 minutes I gave up and pulled to the drive thru which had a sign saying to use the stalls. I was not the only one experiencing these issues as I saw several other people simple leave after never getting any food and others trying the drive thru like I did. I gave up and ended up going somewhere else due to time. This is the second time in a month this has happened.

Employees sat on their phones while we waited 10 minutes in the stall and then went to the drive thru. Neither three of the employees working 6:30 on dec 31 came to the window even though they saw us and kept laughing and texting.

This is possibly the worst run sonic in the state. Every single time it takes 10 plus minutes for anyone to take an order. Today only 4 vehicles there. Waited 10 minutes and just left. The managers and owner need to shut this place down. Went to Waffle House across the street got it to go, went back by and the stall I was in still said button pressed someone will be there shortly

I am a frequent customer of this location however, I had the worst experience on my last visit. The shake I ordered had a big piece of plastic from some type of machinery in it. On top of that the customer service was very unprofessional. I have not had a bad experience until now. I understand mistakes happen but this was completely unsanitary and hazardous. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

I ordered me a super sonic double cheese burger just the sandwich. I sat their and waited 10 to 15 mine and haven't received just the burger I ordered. Paid $7.36. So I buzzed back in to check my order and the guy said wzit a second. So I left. Well never come there again.

I'm tired of waiting 15 minutes after the sign says my food is on its way out to get my food. I'm tired of being told that I have to go through the drive-thru to order my food and I can't order it through the drive-in spots because for some reason or another they won't serve me there. I'm tired of trying to use the drive-thru window only to be told that I have to use the drive-in spots because the drive-thru is closed. I'm tired of using the pulling spots to realize I have to move because half the spots don't actually work. I will drive across town to the other sonics before I come back to this one as I have sent multiple emails to them and have yet to hear anything back. This place is a waste of your time and a waste of your money go elsewhere.
