The last few times I've been to this location they have either left something off my order or has not filled my order correctly. This last time I went I asked the lady taking my order if she got my Chilidog 3 times and she said she did when my order was delivered there was no dog I asked the server about it and she said real rudely there's not one on her receipt. And she would not give me my copy. I'm done with this place.

We waited for 27 min. Took them forever to take our order. Then forever to bring it. All we ordered was a drink, corn dog, tots and pretzel. The pretzel was hard and cold. The tots and corn dog were cold as well and the tots were so greasy.

Order BBQ Chicken which is the #12 on the menu & they bring this joke out. I could’ve done better with one packet of BBQ. This is the newer sonic in town & the old one is a hundred times better than this one. There is something like this that happens every single time I come here. I will not come back & would leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible.

I haven't been to this store for lunch for a few weeks now and I came back today just to get kinda talked down to by the manager. So they got my order wrong and I called them back saying that it wrong, someone came back and got the order and asked what was wrong, we told her that we asked for it to be plain and it wasn't. She took it in and we waited for a few minutes and then the manager comes out with the corrected order and said her worker claimed we was always saying that the order was wrong everytime i come. Talked about wasting food like it was my fault that they got my order wrong. This is the first time I have had issues with my order at this site. Thanks to this little visit I will not be returning. They have lost my respect.

My daughter ordered the #3 combo meal, which she said was pretty good. Also added two additional drinks from happy hour that we didn't receive our limes in... maybe that's why the order taker/carhop and a little slower taken and delivering my order but did ask me, " You must not be from here."

Last night was the 3rd time in a little under a month that my wife have stopped at this location before or after work, each time they either have something missing that I specifically order either there or through the app or completely got our order wrong. Then it takes 20-30 minutes when it's only like 4 vehicles waiting, and when you call to check on your food through the speaker, they have an attitude, they bring the food to you and the ice is already melting in your drink and food is cold so it's been sitting a while. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible management, will not be coming back to this location until things change.

this restaurant is absolutely ridiculous my family order two drinks and a burger and it took 20 minutes to deliever and the icecream was melted. I don't recommend this sonic to anyone.

I havee always had ggreat service at Sonic in Kosciusko but this one was different, they could not tell us which drink was which (we ordered a sweet tea and one Unsweet tea) they had to take them back inside and get us new ones. Service was very slow. Will not stop here again.
This sonic food is horrible, they gave me so old fries, one time I went just for a drink and it took over 30mins for a drink so I left, I know for a face I will not be going to this one again.

This has to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The staff are rude and don't seem to have any sense of urgency. I have been many times and have ordered just a drink or shake (things that should be very quick and easy) and my order either takes 20-30 minutes to get to me OR they forget about it entirely. I have chosen to visit this particular location because it is closer to where I work and live and, each time I go back, my experience is worse. Therefore, I now choose to drive further down and visit the other Starkville Sonic location, which is an entirely different experience!
