They take forever to get you your food I don't know what it is but a lot of them don't even come up to the register if you standing there to place an order they ignore you and expect for you to go over to the kiosk everybody don't know how to use kiosk

I was in the drive thru for an hour and a half last night and when I finally got to the front they told me i would have to get a refund because they weren’t taking anymore orders. I tried to explain how long I had been waiting and two girls at the window were extremely rude and showed no sympathy. And yet somehow both the people in front and behind me got their food. Terrible experience!

I ordered through an app a delivery for a three soft beef taco combo and a crunchy beef taco. All of them were chicken 🙄 I reordered the same thing again, and this time they were correctly beef but they forgot my large drink. This coupled with how insanely slow they are for the easiest fast food to make...and how rude most of the workers are is why I RARELY eat at this Starkville location. Other Taco Bells I've been to are fine. If you work here, try remembering people are paying for food/service and your job would not exist without customers. Get it together.
The person that was at the window around 8 had the smartest mouth I ever heard and top of that she gave us a flat Pepsi with no ice and my tacos soft shells was so Soggy worse 17$ I ever sent !!
