Ordered a Cantina Bowl the chicken was dry and the rice was crispy..... waste of money and food

Very bad customer service. Employees are rather rude to customers, especially dine in customers. They rudely demand customers use kiosk, if they acknowledge customer at all. Drive thru orders seem seldom correct and getting them corrected is a hassle. I will take my business elsewhere.

I was craving Taco Bell so my boyfriend and I ordered through the app and when we got there we grabbed our orders and when we checked it my burrito wasn't supposed to have onions (I'm allergic) or redsauce (since I can't handle it) so my boyfriend went in the store to get fixed, came back and had me check it, and what do you know, still wrong so I went in this time and once I was in the store I noticed nobody else was there besides me, but nobody talked or asked if I needed anything for 2-3 minutes even though their were 4 people working. Not only were they extremely rude, arrogant and downright dismissive of the fact that not only was my order WRONG again, but the fact they could have killed me if I wouldn't have checked my food. It seemed like the HARDEST thing and most ANNOYING thing for them to remake my food exactly as specified which is hilarious because it was just CHEESE AND BEANS... after we get home the other part of our order (2 Crunchy Taco Supreme Meals) we found out that 2 of the Taco shells were beginning to give off a terrible smell and more than likely were a day away from getting mold. After this experience I'd rather drive all the way to west point to eat since we've had nothing, but bad experiences at this store.

The food is good when they get my order right. We ordered tacos and two drinks (both wrong) and a burrito without onion or red sauce since my girlfriend is allergic and they messed that up glad we checked the burrito but then they messed it up again when I went to get it fixed and were angry at us for them having to redo it again. If she had eaten that burrito we would be spending the night in the ER. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT FOOD SAFETY.

I am extremely frustrated with this Taco Bell and their lack of customer service. I made a pickup order through DoorDash and I waited in a line for over an hour and a half to pick it up because they didn’t have their inside open. I got all the way to the window just for them to tell me they gave my order to someone else and that there was nothing they could do. That i had to contact DoorDash and that they would not remake the order, for THEIR mistake. The order was over $40 And they would not give us a refund or offer any solution. I am furious

I want to take a moment to brag on the Starkville Taco Bell. My order was correct, my food was hot and delicious, and the lady working the drive thru was very friendly and I was through the drive thru in no time . The employees working today deserve to be recognized! Most fast food places disappoint me, but they exceeded my expectations. Thank you
