They do a pretty decent job. DL the district manager does a good job goes customer to customer asking how they liked or enjoyed their food or service. They definitely need more of him at other Waffle Houses

Ordered togo online. Notibly, I remain disappointed because omelettes are not offered on the current menu. When I arrived around 11 pm, restaurant was not extremely busy and the staff were sufficiently polite. After getting home to eat, I found the mushrooms and tomatoes added to my individual- not side- order of hash browns were minimal as well as the serving. I'm sure this is not a decision made by the specific location, but rather a corporate one. My pecan waffle was tasty and the butter was nice and soft because it was placed inside container with the waffle.

HORRIBLE !!!! Visiting my hometown. At 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, I had a taste for Waffle House, which is one of my favorites. However, this Waffle House is horrible and very disappointing. I ordered the All American. My 1st ever horrible waffle. The bacon and eggs were good. The waitress was very unprofessional. She never serviced water, silverware, and napkins. The 1st worst Waffle House I have ever been to. And to top it off, I was the only customer. Now I know why. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ! !

I ordered two all star breast with double bacon and threes eggs on one and the other was supposed to be an regular all star I get home only to realize I paid almost 35 dollars and didn’t get my extra bacon or threes eggs with cheese and I live to far to turn around if I didn’t stay so far I would request a refund and it sucks that you can’t call the facility directly so that orders can be corrected at another time 😡😡😡 I will not be back

I should have said tell me what I'm having cuz you're not going to give me what I ordered. I asked for a sausage omelet no cheese and hash browns. I got a sausage omelet with cheese and grits. Glad they are not doctors. Cuz I'd go in for hernia operation come out with a sex change.

The steak was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. I was extremely tired the waiter noticed and was very kind. I left him a 40% tip and gave the cook $5 for a job well done 👏
