Everything was fine but don't go through drive through if you're getting anything out of the freestyle drinks. I ordered a root beer from it and was given one with no carbonation or flavoring. Just water with color in it. I at first thought it was tea until I tasted it and it was horrible. And it was busy so I'll give them that but if you see a drink that isn't carbonated after it came out of a soda machine DONT HAND IT OUT.

I’m a dasher. Not only is the wait long they don’t have the common courtesy to hand you the bag. They want you to squeeze past trash cans with water dripping in them. I asked the worker could she hand it to me she just left it on the scale.

I had a coupon to use drove fifteen minutes to get to wendys but they said the coupon wasn't working even after showing them the coupon on my phone multiple times and instead of the manger overwriting it and making it right she just walked off become she couldn't care less the cashier asked me if I wanted to just pay it up front and I said no forget it absolutely pitiful customer service

I already haven't been to Wendy's in about a year because the prices went up and in my opinion the quality went down. But they had a SpongeBob meal, so I thought I would get it. This place didn't have the pineapple frosty, and the wrapping of the meal was regular, wasn't even in the SpongeBob wrapping like in the advertisements. I just paid more for a completely regular meal. On top of that, the cashier had a terrible attitude. It's not worth it at all to go to Wendy's, just don't.

Went through the drive thru asked for a large drink and a frosty pulled around to the window, they only gave me a frosty and attitude was horrible when told about their mistake instead of offering to fix the issue.
