The food was okay, simple tenders was half decent. My friend's Philly cheese steak was fine. The service was terrible. The cashier couldn't be bothered to hang up her phonecall from her earphones to actually listen to our order and it took her about 10 minutes to even come take our order in he first place.

This place rt here some ppl like it but i didn't find anything that I liked about it🤢 the food was not very pleasant🤮 I ordered some lemon pepper🍋🧂 wings🐓🦅 and I thought they got the wings off a baby chicken🐣 they was so little the atmosphere smh was bad 🤦🏽♀️I don't know what yall like about it🤷🏽♀️ but as for me I'm sticking with some foods I know about Wing Express Cafe do in my opinion, us all a favor close the doors ⛓️🚪and pad lock 🔓it too 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😡😡😡😡

Poor customer service order was wrong and all they want to say is how they handle theses issues not thinking about the customer I recommend not going to this business and the issue started when I called and ask if I bring the food back could you re cook the hold order and she stated no I wanted all my food hot but it’s fine sometimes you lose a customer

We drove 45 minutes for these bad boys. Wings were hot and fresh and, most importantly, ready upon arrival. My husband and I will definitely travel back and recommend!
Very rude and ghetto attitude employee, she said 15mn on the phone, left my work after 40mn and food was still not ready. You are never greeted when you call or enter therestaurant. After placing the order On the phone i said thank & she just hang up! Not eating from here anymore!

The lady was really rude and served me bad food. I am now dealing with food poisoning. It was this one in Starkville. Usually the food takes a minute to get done even when you call in. But this time I walk in order my food it’s done in no less than 3-5 minutes. I didn’t think anything of it, I eat and then later on around 2-3 am I wake up throwing up w shivers, a fever body pain I went to the hospital and boom food poisoning. They knew it wasn’t Covid because all my tests came back negative. Ran more tests and it was indeed food poisoning. Idk how you guys can fix this. Wing express was one of my favorite restaurants until 2 days ago.

Terrible food I ordered the 6wings and burger combo the wings were old tasty bad and the burger wasn’t even made from real meat they used a beef patty never again and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude
