What's the point of calling in a order and they are not going to cook the food until u get there and pay for it?! In that case I could of paid on the phone. I don't appreciate me calling in an order and after I get there I have to wait an hour on my food!!! I want be back!! Then the girl behind the counter gone tell me she doesn't have time to tell customers that on the phone! I don't see what this restaurant has a phone for?! Why call in an order and it's not going to be cooked until you arrive and pay for it?! Smh

Title: Disappointing Experience at Wing Express Cafe Date: December 27, 2023 I recently visited Wing Express Cafe in Starkville, Mississippi, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered the Gyro Combo (Lamb) with extra meat, Large Fries, and 2 pc tenders. My sister opted for the 15 pcs wings crispy combo. Regrettably, the food wasn't up to part. The gyro, in particular, had adverse effects on my stomach, causing discomfort for five consecutive days, and the pain persists. I wouldn't recommend their gyro, especially if you're accustomed to the quality at West Side Market. Giving them two stars for this disappointing dining experience. GREAT FOOD! The young lady at the counter gave me a wonderful recommendation for the chicken philly and it didn't disappoint! The only knock would be that the wings were fried a but too hard. :( Overall, I give it a 9 out of 10!

Best wings and fries in town, hands down. Get the fries seasoned, get the wings any way you want bc they're AMAZING, every flavor. The price can't be beat and they're super fast.Almost forgot to mention their philly steak and cheese. It's cheap, it's good, nothing to complain about. Get it as a deep fried egg roll though and it ups the game. Again, all the wings are fire, but my fave has to be honey garlic pepper.

The wings are absolutely AMAZING!!!!! The customer service is also TOP TIER!! There’s a Wings Stop across the street from the restaurant that should DEFINITELY be out of business due to poor customer service and poor food quality. I HIGHLY recommend Wing Express Cafe!

My son chose Wings express cafe. I am so glad that we gave it a try. Excellent food, friendliest people and wonderful atmosphere. My sandwich and honey-garlic-pepper wings were DE-LICIOUS!!! My son enjoyed the Philly cheese (he was really impressed by the stretchiness of the cheese)? and his habanero wings. My daughter and friend enjoyed their salad and wings also. Needless to say, we will be back AND I will tell EVERYONE to come by and try all the food (especially the wings☺️).Vegetarian options: There are salad options, for sure. I also feel safe saying that the friendly staff will make whatever you want (that is offered on the menu) as a vegetarian meal.Kid-friendliness: There were families there with small/young children.Parking: Almost a wrap-around lot. Front and side.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough for a wheelchair.

The only reason for the one star is because the wings were good. I experienced rudeness from the moment I called in and placed my order. It took me over 20 minutes to get there and my food was not ready. Took an additional 10-15 minutes to get it ready. Again wings were good but the grilled chicken salad I ordered did not have any chicken in it. It had undercooked beef from Philly cheesesteak. I do not eat beef. I tried to call back and tell them about themselves and they would not answer the phone. I'm very disappointed because I would have returned for the wings but this salad is a big NOOOO.... They should have said they didn't have grilled chicken.
