There great me and my brother have used this place for years. Only thing is sometimes they are backed up on orders and it might take a week or two but it is definitely worth the wait.
This is my second year to bring my deer for processing at Big Boy’s. I usually bring it to them on a weekend and I get a call the next saying it’s ready. This year, I’m trying some different method to utilize my venison, including some of the jerky and summer sausage. It’s ready today, so I’m working on getting it picked up today. This is a diamond in the rough, I only buy my boiled crawfish from here. Fantastic service, great prices, and amazing crawfish. AND their Jalapeno Cheddar deer sausage is the best ever (we had a deer processed here during season)!!!!
