There great me and my brother have used this place for years. Only thing is sometimes they are backed up on orders and it might take a week or two but it is definitely worth the wait.
This is my second year to bring my deer for processing at Big Boy’s. I usually bring it to them on a weekend and I get a call the next saying it’s ready. This year, I’m trying some different method to utilize my venison, including some of the jerky and summer sausage. It’s ready today, so I’m working on getting it picked up today. Big Boys makes the best smoked sausage around. Their prices are reasonable, they're professionals, and turnaround is quick. What more could you ask for? We try to kill at least one deer each year which keeps my kitchen stocked with sausage for gumbo, red beans, jambalaya, and breakfast the whole year. Half the battle with these foods is finding the right meats. Big Boys does them right.
