“After eating here several times, I think the plate Lunch options are better later in the week. Their prices have slightly increased on the plate Lunches also. It's nice to see they have a local following. Parking has gotten Slightly better Since the DPS ( Driver's License office) is now by Appt only.Parking: Each business has a set # of parking spaces. In the past, the Driver's license office customers WERE USING MANY of the spaces designed for other businesses. This has been resolved.”

“This cute little place is a must stop. It is a cute little shack with a gentleman that he's very friendly and sweet. I got the rib plate and oh my gosh was it delicious. His potato salad is a mixture of mustard vinegar, and mayo, which is amazing. His beans are delicious. My wife got a pulled pork barbecue sandwich and he was flexible and let her make it into a plate for a little extra which was awesome. You should definitely check this little place out if you are passing through on US Hwy 98”

“I was still thinking about the food the next day. Filet was tender. Mashed potatoes, well seasoned, maybe overly so. The cucumber tomato salad surprised me. I was expecting to taste zucchini. My salad was a Queen of Hearts. Crispy with vinegrette, maybe raspberry. Loved it. And the bread pudding...I preferred the crispy parts.The beginning of the evening was a bit off. We were offered seats in the bar instead of their asking our preference. “First, I have to say that I have had steaks from all over the world and I would put the ribeye I got here in my top 5. It was cooked perfectly and the cut of beef was very good quality. Much better than what you will see in chain restaurants. The service was a little slow but I was there on a Thursday night that was not busy so it may be different on the weekends. I walked in and I was closing time and I told him my situation about breaking down on the highway don't have a vehicle staying in a hotel . And how I needed something to eat in the walking distance. They were nice enough to get me an order together even after they were closed. I'm in the business so I know what that's like. The manager her name is Kelly really took care of me she actually paid for my meal.”

“I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. They have some really good tasting fish. And their prices are reasonable. Service is better than most places today. The light box come with 3 pieces of fish/ two sides and two hush puppies. It’s a weekly run for me now. Also, the two piece whole catfish is so good; it’s become my favorite. They are only open Thursday-Saturday from 11am until about 8 or 9.”

“I have been to several different locations and I have to say that the one in McComb,MS has got to be the best Golden Corral. The wait staff is always smiling and friendly. The front counter staff always makes you feel like they genuinely want you to be there. The back of the house staff keep the food fresh and presented in an appealing manor.
