Taquería Gonzalez is a Mexican restaurant in McComb. The food is fresh and authentic Mexican food, not Tex-Mex. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. The interior is clean and cute with indoor dining available. The restaurant is open on Sundays. The chicken tacos, street corn, street taco combo, quesadillas, churros, tacos dorados, agua de horchata, and jamaica are mentioned. The street corn is amazing and fresh. The street tacos are really good, though the variation can differ, sometimes with grilled chicken with cilantro and onion with lime, sometimes with shredded chicken, and sometimes with lettuce and tomato. A large party was taken care of quickly about an hour before closing, and the food was wonderful. It is the best little Mexican restaurant in McComb, and a TX worthy street taco.
