It was one of my favorite places to eat. They had fabulous desserts, especially the Praline Cheesecake. Justin Wilson often showed up here before he passed away. It was a great place to unwind when it was open every day. I haven't been here since it burnt down, it's only open on Friday and Saturday now so I'm told.
The costume event to benefit Pals and Brookhaven animal shelter and rescue was a nice event altho all the food that was provided by the sponsors was COLD. Drink's were extremely overpriced. The lights, decorations, layout, and great fog effects gave the evening event the perfect Halloween feel. No crazy vibes were in the air so we felt relaxed and safe. Folks who attended were sociable and friendly as well as the staff. We left at 10pm therefore missed the costume contest ect.......read full review

I was still thinking about the food the next day. Filet was tender. Mashed potatoes, well seasoned, maybe overly so. The cucumber tomato salad surprised me. I was expecting to taste zucchini. My salad was a Queen of Hearts. Crispy with vinegrette, maybe raspberry. Loved it. And the bread pudding...I preferred the crispy parts.The beginning of the evening was a bit off.
