The best BBQ!!! They catered a friend of mines wedding and we knew after trying their food we needed to incorporate them somehow into our wedding festivities!! They catered our rehearsal dinner and it was SOOO GOOD!! You won’t regret trying Hodges BBQ in Summit, MS!
This BBQ was incredibly fresh, succulent, fall off the bone delicious. We got 2 plates -- pulled pork and ribs. Often when I try new meat spots I can be disappointed by dry pulled pork and this pulled pork was absolutely moist and satisfying. The ribs, they were fall off the bone and seasoned perfectly. **Lightly** salty & sweet but not overly sweet (I hate that) and BBQ sauce was on the side.
