I Oder than same exact sandwich every time at any subway I go to ( the all American ADD PEPPERONI)!!! And the past 2 times I have ordered from this subway they failed to put my 4$ worth of extra pepperoni and I called about it the first time but this 2nd time is unacceptable!!!!! I need a refund because that’s nearly $10 in food that I never received!!!!

I placed an order on the mobile app waited until after it said the food would be ready , even confirmed with the app that the food was ready . I arrived at the store to pick up my sandwiches but the 2 young girls behind the counter hadn't began making my food and when I asked about why it wasn't ready they looked dumbfounded that I would be upset that I placed a order to be picked up and it wasn't ready . Will not be ordering again from this location.

I STOPPED INSIDE WHILE TRAVELING ON A ROAD TRIP ON 3/2 AND THE BIGGER WHITE LADY needs better customer service skills! SHE STOOD THERE STARING AT ME INSTEAD OF GREETING ME WITH A WARM WELCOME! SHE HAD NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE MY TURKEY WRAP ...SHE FORGOT TO MY AVOCADO ON MY WRAP! SHE NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS 🙄

I just got a turkey sandwich there, And this was the best sandwich I’ve had from Subway ever. The ingredients were super fresh and tasty. Also, the lady who made my sandwich was super nice. She made an excellent sandwich and was Nice to me and a couple in front of me. She’s awesome
