I go to Loves/Arby's a lot. I was really surprised when 2 different employees asked if I needed anything while I was eating. It's about time businesses started caring about customers. Good Job at this place

Anthony T. is exceptional. He is very friendly and respectful. He was courteous to offer the Greek gyro because it is his favorite, it's delicious. He was appreciative of my military service and offered me a discount. The entire staff was genuine and helpful, 5 stars. The store was very clean. All of my food was hot and made when I ordered. Next time I will order the burger, which is different for Arby's!

Employee taking my order had to ask me to repeat myself several times because she kept turning around to talk to other employees while I was ordering... Nothing was stocked by the drink station. Facility was clean and food was good though.
