ordered Philly steak and cheese, it was soaked in grease. so much it was dripping. also got the burger. it had a terrible taste, it was a chemical taste. I've had gas station food better. paid 30bucks for these two items and was worried I'd be sick after eating just a little. avoid this place at all cost. go somewhere else.

We ordered a philly sandwich and a philly wrap with onion rings and fries, which we were recommended their best on the menu whan asking upon odering. It was absolutely disgusting. Im not saying cook wise but it was soggy and could tell it is frozen food. I know most places are frozen but this was horrible and for over $40 is insane.

The employees seemed like they would have rather been anywhere except work around anyone except customers and each other. The rotten attitudes spilled over into the food prep and we've been suffering from the after effects for a couple of days now. Spare yourself the misery and expense

Says on the site Cooke medium to medium well unless otherwise specified so I ordered medium rare…not a sign of pink in the burger. Wasn’t taking another 5 minute walk from the room to complain

Tuesday Feb 4 11:00pm. I didn’t get their names, but my wife and I received EXEMPLARY service from the two young men working that evening. Perfectly personal. Hope nothing but the best for those two. They obviously upheld and exceeded corporate values. But yet embraced customer service and hospitality in a refreshing way. Again, I wish I could give them more credit by knowing and mentioning their names, but great food, great service. Bravo!

I’m ONLY giving 3 overall stars because the food was good. The cashier was probably one of the rudest people in the service industry I’ve ever met. First, he was in the bathroom for 5-10 minutes while multiple people were in line (okay, understandable), but then when he got back, it was like an inconvenience that we were there. Multiple times acted like we were stupid for the questions we asked about the menu and Caesar’s rewards. There’s way more detail I could go into but just know the cashier is very rude. The cooks weren’t much better. Thankfully the food was very good, but still expensive.

Went in around 2 pm. The cashier is not friendly. The quality of the food doesn't match the price. We ordered rurben sandwiches, a fried catfish burger, and extra onion rings cost $31.xx. 7 pieces of onion rings charge $6.99.

Deandre was an amazing server , he brought the food out very fast & the food was very delicious! He has an outgoing personality & customer service was top tier definitely would recommend asking for him when you go here ! I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with him definitely coming back ✨
