Deandre was an amazing server , he brought the food out very fast & the food was very delicious! He has an outgoing personality & customer service was top tier definitely would recommend asking for him when you go here ! My wife & I decided to try this spot out while spending time at the Horseshoe Casino this weekend. First off they had a sign on the wall stating they charge 200 Caesars Rewards Credits for every dollar you use with your Caesars Rewards credit to purchase your food. When I paid for my food; the cashier told me they do not accept Caesars Rewards Credits at all for payment. That’s odd seeing as YOUR ESTABLISHMENT is located inside of a Caesars property and normally your allowed to use your Caesars Rewards card to gain points and use points while staying at their property!!! The food we ordered was not that great. My wife got a Chili Hot Dog and it was served on a hoagie bun which was too much bread with this lousy chili that looked like it came out of a can. My Catfish Filet sandwich meal wasn’t any better. You would think being here in Mississippi the catfish would be on point but it wasn’t. Waste of $38 for that meal.

Well we're staying in the hotel, and a late night was what brought us here didn't have to wait long the gentleman took our order, started cooking right away we ordered thebuffalo chicken fries which were awesome and filling hot and fresh.Will definitely go back tonight!!!

NEVER again!! The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because the grill cook was at least friendly!! The lady taking our order was immediately rude and acted irritated that we were there, that she had to be there, all of it. The burger looks nothing like anything pictured and was overcooked. Cheese fries were decent. Definitely won't visit again when we're at the casino.

This review is only for the mozzarella cheese sticks. First off, they only give you 6 standard sized cheese sticks for $8.00. But secondly, each and every cheese stick was hallow. It was obvious that all of the cheese had squirted out during the cooking process. The cook should have noticed this, but served it anyway. It was a to-go order, so by the time we got to the room, I wasn't going to go back down to get a different order. The place is under-staffed and there were too many people there.
