We enjoyed our meals and the server was very attentive. The shrimp poboy and the rib meal were very good. I would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect! I had the shrimp po'boy sandwich, and it was excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next morning for breakfast. With so many dining options at the Horseshoe Casino, Guy Fieri's was by far our favorite!

We ordered the chicken sandwich, shrimp appetizer, and chicken Alfredo. The chicken was fried too long, and tasted like rubber. Wife said her noodles were amazing, but the chicken was cooked too long and was chewy. We got our appetizer after our entrees. We will go out of the way to avoid this place in the future. Service was fast and waitress was nice.

We were going to eat there for our Anniversary. It was our first time in Mississippi and eat at one of Guy Fieri's. So I was really looking forward to it because I really love Guy Fieri's show. No hostess was there to seat us and it was not even crowded. There was no sigh stating please wait to be seated so we seated ourselves. When we go out there is a sign stating please wait to be seated. So my husband went to the hostess because she was finally at the desk up front and asked for a couple of menus. The hostess gave the menus him. We still was waiting for like 15 minutes after he got the menus. No one came to get our drink order. We waited for like 15 minutes so we just left. The customer service sucked. I really wanted to eat at this restaurant.

Service was great but the food was just ok. Ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes for $17 and there was only 5 slices of tomato. It was good just not $17 good for what you got. I also ordered the ribs, the bbq sauce was like a great value sauce from Walmart and the meat had no flavor

my husband and i were pm vala at tunic. I have AGS and there was nothing on the menu i could eat, but my husband wanted the ribs. so we went there anyway, he ordered ribs i decided to suck it up and eat a little mac & cheese, knowing i would have side effects, but what the heck. A different waitress brought his meal which also had mac ^ cheese. she thought we were gonna share and asked if i wanted another plate. I told her know i had ordered my own, she said she's be right back with it.. whikle waiting my husband ate his ribs and from the looked of it they were nothing special, he said mine were better at home and the mac & cheese was alright. waitress came back told me it would be a bit they had to make more mac/cheese . my mac/cheeser still wasn't there by the time my husband finished, so were told the waitress to forget it and left. i had hope i could have dessert, but unfortunately none of the Desserts were AGS friendly. Guy you really need to make some AGS food on your menu's. And either they didn't cook the ribs right or the food wasn't that Good to begin with.l We won't be going back anytime soon. disappointing

Had the ribs. They were awful. Sent them back. The meat certainly was not “fall off the bone” cooked all day. In fact it was too tough to chew. So I walked over to 8 oz burger and got a chicken sandwich. Brought it back to Fieri’s and ate with my wife who had the Cajun chicken which was just ok.

The food was good but way too expensive. It cost us over $40 for 2 people to have a simple breakfast. Nothing fancy or anything. The people who worked there acted like they were all pissed off to be working. We just wanted to try it but I definitely won't be coming back to eat here again. I do love Guy Fiere though. He just needs to lower prices and hire people who don't hate what they are doing.

I wouldn’t spend a dollar of my money here. Service is next to non existent. 30 minutes to even get a menu. Over an hour to get a drink and food. Only saving grace is I had to use some meal vouchers to eat here. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here. Shot of my lack of drink and previous used plates and cocktail napkin to complete the story.

Updated review. On this visit the food was very good and the service was great. Been here quite a few times before (using points & coupons) and been consistently disappointed. Not this time.

FINALLY my ribs had enough smoke to taste and the Mac n cheese arrived hot. Both very good. BBQ sauce a nice balance of sweet, sour and zing. The 2 Oz cup of slaw is still a joke size wise, though. Wife had the Big Cheesy burger and fries and again, for the first time both were hot, cooked correctly and good.

As good as the food was, our server Garyaille was even better. She was the perfect balance of attentive, coming back at just the right times. She had a genuine smile and gave excellent advice. Ask for her, you'll be glad you did.

The food lacked flavor, the burger was bland, I had to add salt & pepper to it!! My boyfriend had the ribs and he said they were tasteless!!! The french fries were delicious!! It did take a while for us to get our food but the bartender Stephanie was very attentive and she gave us great conversation!!

We shared a rack of ribs which was pretty tasty but the cornbread, Mac and cheese were not good at all and they gave you such a small helping of slaw.

Flavortown? More like Waitforevertown. Unenthusiastic staff. Slow service and overpriced food. I get it's in a casino but we're not in Vegas toto.
