I ordered the Kobe burger. It was delicious but not hot. The French fries were almost room temp and hard to eat. The server was nice as can be but I had coffee and had to ask for a refill, I had been waiting about 10 min with an empty cup when the food arrived I figured she would refill it shortly but didn't. The place was almost empty. I really expected better!

The experience at Guy Fieri's Tunica Kitchen & Bar was a bit of a mix. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, setting a welcoming tone as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere was also a pleasant surprise—despite being inside the casino, it wasn't smoky at all, making it enjoyable for a meal without that typical casino haze. The decor was well thought out, clean, spacious, and inviting.

Given Guy Fieri’s reputation, I had high hopes for a menu full of bold flavors and thoughtful options. However, I found it quite limited, especially disappointing in 2024 when so many restaurants are embracing more inclusive, plant-based, vegetarian and pescatarian options. In the case, everyone should have a seat at the table. The menu offered little to no consideration for vegetarians or vegans, with only a Caesar salad as the closest alternative. Although I appreciate a good Caesar, I would expect a house-made dressing will contain anchovies at a place like this. Even so, that wouldn’t accommodate vegetarian or vegan guests. The only other item options you could turn to was a basic side of fries.

Shrimp Po'Boy at Guy Fieri's Kitchen + Bar

I went for the shrimp po'boy, and it did a little disappoint. The shrimp were colossal, just the right size for a hearty bite but not on a sandwich, and the batter was seasoned perfectly, adding a crunch but the shrimp lacked any flavor. The bread was soft and buttery, but did not complemented the crispiness of the shrimp. The slaw was fresh, creamy, and full of flavor, adding a nice balance. Together, the shrimp and po'boy did not blend well, but each element was tasty enough to enjoy on its own.

The barbecue wings at Guy Fieri's restaurant were a bit under-seasoned, which left me wanting a bit more flavor in the actual wing itself. However, the sauce —rich, tangy, and packed with the right balance of sweetness and spice. If they dialed up the seasoning on the wings, they'd be spot on.

For those with a more traditional diet, the flavors might live up to the Guy Fieri name, but for those of us looking for more inclusive dining options, this menu was a letdown.

Decided to try this place out on a trip to the casino.

We had the primetime American Kobe burger and the bacon mac-n-cheese burger. Both were pretty good, but that Primetime burger was GREAT. I'd eat that if it was served in a flip-flop.

Waiting 30 minutes and not one employee served the 3 of us. Brother home on military leave and can't get a meal. We are thoroughly discussed. An epic failure! A. M.

Ribs were not good - fatty and then drowned in BBQ sauce (to hide the low quality?). Even the sodas tasted watered down. Disappointed as thought it would be lbetter.

Where do I start. First thing was the wait time for food and drinks. Drinks from the bar came after our food and we're not worth the wait by any means. I had a Moscow Mule which was heavily overpoured with Ginger Beer and the Guy Tai was completely overpoured with Vodka. Secondly, the food was completely repulsive. Third, and probably the biggest issue, one of the cooks was eating while on shift behind the counter, while plating food, which is a severe health violation. Our waitress was very unenthusiastic and had little to no personality. Even with our food unfinished and our drinks, only tasted by the straw test, our waitress didn't care to ask about the quality of everything and didn't offer to remove at least the drinks from our cheque's.

Food sat in the window way to long nachos were soggy. Had to wait to be seated for about 15 min until someone came by to say kitchen was backed up so they were not seating anyone but restaurant was not half full. Will not eat here again

The waitress Kimberly was nonchalant. I waited 20 minutes for a burger, when it finally arrived it was room temperature and the fries were cold and hard. The place only had 6 occupants.
