Took almost 45 minutes to get food for our family (2 adults, 3 kids). I was supposed to get a grilled chicken wrap and that's what we supposedly were waiting on, but once we got the box, it was breaded. Fries were completely unsalted and unflavored. Even the plain cheese quesadillas had very little cheese. None of the food was even remotely warm. Will not be returning at all. #AbnersNotSoFamousChicken

The unprofessionalism being place right now, is unreal. Six staff members laughing, cussing and acting a fool and the drive thru was shut down. Brought burnt food. Ask for manager and everyone look at me. There is just a bunch of kids in the back laughing and hanging out.. District manager needs to pay a visit ASAP!! If I could give no stars I would ..

Ate there yesterday the Cole slaw was the most horrible tasting I ever had I said something to the worker her reply was different people making it you know how that is it tasted like it had some of cleaner in it ruined our meal told husband don't eat that there is something wrong with it so please be careful of the coleslaw

So be honest it is a Zaxby's Taco Bell and Applebee's mixed into one. The who had no ties like the chicken absolutely had no seasoning. And for the price of all of this with no drinks definitely won't be returning.

This has got to be one of the poorest managed restaurants I’ve ever been to. They have good food but the employees are very rude and irritable which makes me not want to come back. It’s also incredibly slow. Pointless placing an online order for drive thru pickup when the person in front of you orders when they get there. Waited in the drive thru line for literally 23 mins. This place better turn out quickly or it will not last much longer. Too many other good chicken options for me to have to put up with a bad customer experience.

Visited drive thru on Saturday April 8, 2023 at 3:20pm, not busy at all. Clearly Abners in Tupelo Mississippi does NOT cater to the disabled. I wanted to order some wings for my 76 year old father and asked if they could do all flats (easier to chew for him) and even offered to pay more for the wings. I heard an employee in the background yell "No"! I drove away and shared my unpleasant experience with my family. They will not support this location moving forward based on poor inconsiderate customer service by Abners staff! I found a different restaurant and they accomodated my order. Nothing too difficult, dad was happy!
The last visit was good. I had the Pig Skin with grilled tenders. The baked potato was done and the grilled chicken was not dry.

After waiting 30 minutes in line (mind you we were the only car in line) only 2 vehicles in the lot ) for nearly 50 dollars worth of food, now mind you that was for 2 wraps and chicken snack - no drinks. The order was wrong the chicken was cold. So my husband goes in to let them know the order was wrong, not saying anything about the chicken being cold on other wrap. They were very rude , taking the food and throwing it in the garbage ! ( the employee had a manger shirt on ) I mean it’s sad that manager had that attitude ( the other employees will follow suit ). This is a disgrace of service .

Not only was the food awful, but they also informed me I would be charged for “extra” ketchup. You will find better service and food elsewhere!

What happened to Abners? Did yall just quit trying? This place hands down used to have the absolute best chicken tenders, fries, and Abner sauce. I don't know if they just ran up on hard times and had to change up some food costs..but I haven't had that original abners feel in many years. I give 4 stars bc I sincerely hope that one day I can walk inside and taste that classic abners snack plate combo. Not whatever cheap chicken fell off the sysco truck and fries doused in seasoning salt. Come on guys, you can do this! I'll be and have been patiently waiting for you to get better mngmt and quit being cheap on your food. Thanks!

This use to be a good place to eat with great service!! Went there this afternoon ordered a wrap, 2 separate orders of fries! They decided to add both orders of fries in one box ( which looked like one order). Waited in line for 20-30 minutes and the wrap was horrible!!!
