Staff a little grumpy, certainly no southern hospitality to be found. Asked for hummus within the falafel wrap (as apparently the tahini isn’t vegan) but they put it on the side and included more bread and upcharged. Little painful.
Went in around 7pm and could see they were severely understaffed so i figured we may have a bit of a wait. waited a few mins then another table said we can seat ourselves so we did. this isn't a problem but we sat for 20 minutes and were never even spoken to or acknowledged in any way. we finally left at approximately 7:20 without any staff ever saying a word. unfortunate.
I ordered the falafel wrap with a side of hummus with pita bread. All of it was very good. This was my third time to eat here. I travel to Tupelo about once a year for a work conference.
Wait time for food was extreme! Hamburger was burned beyond recognition. Came out without fries Worst dining experience ever!
The food was alright but super slow just to get a salad, plus the theme is all about Gaza and Palestine. Won't be going back because I don't support that

We were visiting Tupelo on Labor Day and were very grateful that this spot was open! We each ordered catfish, which came with a salad, vegetables, and a side. Overall, I was impressed by both the taste and portion sizes, and I would say that this place is definitely worth checking out if you’re in town!

We ordered the bone in wings with Mac and cheese and a burger and fries. The food looked amazing, however it was not. The wings were very fatty and not fried crispy at all. They were some of the worst wings we’ve had in a very long time. The pieces were just full of fat. The Mac and cheese looked good, but lacked in flavor. The cheeseburger ? was decent. I asked for well done and it was, yet it was still juicy. The fries were basic fries, twisted. They were okay. I would have preferred better seasoning on the fries. The service was exceptional. Change Fest was going on outside, and the John Clayton White Band was playing. Decent band.

Service was incompetent. Three waiters, two tables. The waiters were too busy sitting at a table talking to be bothered by their clientele.

This is not nearly enough food to pay $17.50 dollars for, please add appropriate servings back to the menu, I remember when the Chicago was a huge sandwich. Now it costs twice as much and you get half as much

I haven't eaten here in over 3 years (I moved to FL, now living in Savannah TN). I had to come to tupelo for a doctors appt. I was so excited to get a gyro!!! I've been talking about it for weeks. I ordered 2 plates as a pick up order, one for supper and the other for tomorrow. I drive the 1.5 hours home, ready to eat... I open my plate and was devastated at the lack of meat!!! I paid $10 for 3 slices of gyro meat. I know things change, but you used to give so meat I could just about make 2 sandwiches!!! The food was still amazing. The staff was very polite, she followed my togo order perfectly. I am just saddened at the quantity of food. Less meat should mean less price. 1st pic is today's order. 2nd pic is what I used to get. That's double the meat!!!

Staff were great. Food wise though left a lot to be desired (figuratively and literally). $22 for a meat kebab plate that didn't even include rice but a small baby cup of macncheese on the side(your only 1 side which you pick- I think they count rice as another side, which is unheard of for a Mediterranean restaurant? In middle eastern culture not serving rice with kebab or at least bread is almost an insult), a few pieces(yes pieces) of vegetables, and a side salad. Kebabs and vegetables were overcooked with the kebabs having lots of grill char/burnt exterior on them. Vegetables were also partially burnt. Kebab size was small/medium.
If you get the $10 falafels be prepared for packaged small size falafels (6) of them. They reminded me exactly of the frozen packs you can buy and cook yourself at home for much cheaper. They did include at least some minor salad underneath them though, kinda more like a decoration than a full meal however.
This city doesn't seem to have much options in regards to Mediterranean food; but the owners can at least make the prices reflect what they are serving, and not count on the populace not having enough exposure to Mediterranean/Middle eastern food for it to be price inflated.
Still hungry after eating/spending more than $30 here.
P.S. also my brother if you are Palestinian I'm a bit disappointed. Why no Palestinian sense of representation? Genocideeocccupation of your lands and not a single flag, name, or image denoting Palestine except for Palestinian falafel. You are in America, let the people know your ancestral home is being taken/stolen and it's people; babies, children, women, men, girls/boys are unjustly and innocently kiled/murderreed. Serving alcohol to the masses and are you not afraid of TheAlmighty? for it, but are you afraid to serve your own people's injustice being taken place?
Excellent on my first visit, will be back.
