We ordered gyros and Italian beef for delivery. I’m rating this as a former lifelong Chicagoan and comparing the gyros and Italian beef from what I grew up on. I was genuinely excited to have some food that reminded me of home! The gyros were pretty good! A little small compared to what we’re used to for the money. Gyros in Chicago are loaded with meat, onions, tzatziki, and feta cheese. Tastewise, pretty spot on! Unfortunately, the Italian beef fell way short in comparison....
Best lamb burger I've ever had (and I've traveled internationally just for food). The service was excellent. My partner and I came in on a night when it wasn't very busy, so we got to chat extensively with Amir, the owner's nephew. I actually really wanted to go back the very next day for that burger again, but we were only there for a very short weekend and had a wedding to go to the next day and flew out the morning after the wedding. I'd love to visit...
I got the spinach and feta flat bread, beef shawarma, and tiramisu. The olive oil on the flat bread is the TRUTH! Everything was phenomenal! Very clean restaurant with attentive staff. Loved the ambiance, and it was easily on par flavor wise with anything we've ordered in Bahrain or Turkey.
