Manager was very prejudice towards us as soon as we walked in till we left other than that workers are great and food is okay

Very bad service, We sat at the bar, we ordered for almost an hour but it still hadn't come out. It turned out the bartender forgot to send our order and casually said that she forgot to send our food. Horrible service !!!! Totally they don’t care about service

There was a toddler bawling her eyes out for ⅔ of my visit. We were sitting there for 20 minutes before we got our drink order taken. They weren't extremely busy. Our waitress made excuses and apologized, but no discount. The food was okay, but not spectacular. Cost $160 before tip for 6 people, 5 of those being children 3-14.

Applebee's used to be one of my favorite places to eat a few years back, but after a few njgbtmare visits, we took a nice long break from going there. But lately, I have been craving their food, so we broke down and tried again. Thankfully, our experience this time was nowhere near as awful as it was a few years ago. I will say we were disappointed in the serving sizes of food. Our poor little plates were only half covered if that still cost about $60 for the 2 of us. That felt like a rip-off, but what little food we did get was good, so that was a plus. our server was friendly and did a good job for us, so that was a big plus. I do have to mention the appearance of the restaurant, tho because I am pretty sure it has been the exact same since the opened wayyyyyy back when. The carpet is dirty, like super dirty, and the whole place just looks outdated. I would think with the money they are bringing in, maybe they would do some upkeep to place or at the very least give it a good cleaning. It is much more pleasant to dine where it doesn't feel yucky. I feel like I am being harsh, but I honestly don't mean it that way. I am simply stating my opinion

Food was good but the service was lacking. No one was checking on us for refills or if we need anything.

We went in for a bite on NYE and the place was a mess. We sat at the bar. There were dirty dishes everywhere. The bar tender was clearly overwhelmed. The bar was dirty and sticky. It was not that busy but the manager and 2 other staff were too busy chatting and looking at their phone to help the bartender. When we asked to order she said “I can help you when I finish washing these dishes”. The lady sitting next to us was using plastic “Togo” silverware because she stated “theirs looked too dirty”. We left without ordering. We will not go back.

manager is so unprofessional and the waitress asia was so so unprofessional and wanted to argue and gave attitude when asking about our food not coming out after being there for a long time and somebody who just joined our party already got their food shaking my head don’t recommend coming here

This is a great place! Fast service, fresh food! The steak was perfect. Broccoli was a little crisp, again, just right. The garlic mashed potatoes were the bomb!!

Tonight was the first bad experience at this location. 3 of our plates were brought to the table. It took 10 more minutes for the 4th plate. Daughters food had hair in it after already waiting an hr. The waitress was terrible. Asked her for napkins and silverware never brought it. Asked again and she said we didn't ask her. Sat 30 minutes without a drink refill. Tried to get her attention several times for the check and a Togo box. Finally got up and went to the bar to get the check.

When we got there our waitress came and took our drink order then she came back and took our food order we waited about an hour for our food when we got it I had asked for silverware and napkins and she didn’t bring any then we found 3 hairs in my daughters food so I tried to get her attention it took me about 4 or 5 times then I finally got her attention and told her that my daughter found hair in her food so she went to get the manager which the manager was very sweet about it and took it too get remade then it took them a good 20 to 30 minutes to remake then when it finally came out she didn’t get much food on her plate then I tried to get her attention 4 or 5 more times to get my daughters friend a to go box and our check she looks at me and keeps on dismissing me so I finally got up and walked over there to the bar where the manager was and told her that I needed to get our check and told her that I tried getting our waitress’s attention about 8 to 10 times throughout our whole experience and she would just look at me and kept walking on… which she was sweet about it and took her food off and apologized for our experience and asked for us to come back sometime but to be honest she needs to get better waitresses and then maybe we will be back….!!!!!!

I had a classic combo appetizer and when I got my food I was eating and there was 3 hairs in my food we asked for napkins and silverware and we didn’t get any then we finally got them it was HORRIBLE and the second time I got my food there was barley any chips..:!!!!!! WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!
