KT’s recommendation for a sandwich was 🔥🔥🔥 but that’s not all that inspired this review. She made sure my food was hott and fresh! She also served us with enthusiasm and went the extra mile. Decided it was worth a quick review. Thanks KT. I will be happy to come back and spend my hard earned money with Arby’s Tupelo thanks to my experience with KT today.

Disappointed
Just got through bragging that Arby’s was as good as Chick-fill-a when it came to quality and service. Only to be disappointed.
They told us to pull up to wait on fresh fries, which we did. Waited 15 mins (not sure if they forgot about us) only for them to bring us our order with fries that were not fresh or very warm, no napkins, ketchup or Arby’s sauce as we requested.
Do better.

We tried to at taco bell next door. 3 workers not a single one spoke to us, looked at us, talked to each other. Acted as if they were coming to take our order...but didn't. I knew they'd spit in my food if I pressed the issue. We went to arbys. Worker held the door open and invited us in. Food was hot, restuarant was the cleanest we've been in. 💯would eat there again.

Had to of been the driest roast beef I’ve ever put in my mouth! And then to add insult to injury $30 for a Reuben meal and a roast beef meal that’s insane! Food is definitely not worth the price

Maddie is not happy with her job and it shows in her non caring attitude and short and snappy replies. She likes to roll her eyes at her customers too when they comment on her customer service skills. (Or lack there of). Almost had to leave my shoes there as well as I was having a hard time peeling them off of the floor. Mop the damn floor!!! NASTY

The manager on duty tonight (a shorter white woman with glasses I think) was really rude. She kept trying to argue with me over something that she was dead wrong about, and didn’t even bother apologizing for. I had a rough day today (3/4/25), and took my kids into Arby’s. The manager was at the register and it seemed like she knew me in a past life. Tamya (I hope I got that right), came over to help the MANAGER with the coupon that I had and when I tell you, Tamya was more professional than the manager, I mean it. To add fuel to the fire, another woman came in after me, and the manager was kissing tail and complimenting her, and thanking her. Like, is this the same person?! I also work in customer service, and I’ve got to say that I would’ve lost my company for treating my customers like I was treated today. Tamya got these stars, by the way!!

Two packs of Arby's Sauce for Two half pound Sandwiches. Is crazy one for each sandwich they greedy with the one thing that makes there food good 😆

Quick and fast for drive up

I went and got the Regular roast beef combo dressed. I asked was the apple turnover fresh. She said yes. Well, I got my food after being pulled up. My apple turnover was cold as ice. I went in and asked could they warm it up. The young lady who took my order acted like she didn't know it wasn't fresh. Which let's me know she didn't check the bag before handing it out. The manager came around and basically said they don't keep them fresh and you have to ask for it to be microwaved. Which lets me know that the turnovers sits there in the warmer all day and gets stale. Then, when a customer wants one, we have to ask for it to be warmed up. The food served wasn't good quality at all. I worked at Arby's at this location for 7 years a long time ago and never heard such a lie! You suppose to serve everything fresh!
