The sides are great! The roll is good!
The ribs??? I think they was cooked yesterday and forgotten overnight but still served today. Im from Texas , I admit my expectations may be a little high but to not even come close is an over statement. Dry, Dry, Dry and dusty if you can bite them off the bone. I thought maybe it was the cook since its Wednesday but I called and Jim is there. He let them walk out the door like that! I ordered it through tupelo 2go....

Food is really good. Loved the pulled pork chops. I'm not a fan of acidic coleslaw.
However I really liked Jim's. Not over powering and well balanced with some sweetness.
