I go here every weekend but today the guy there didn’t look sanitary at all. They need to wear gloves when scooping ice cream. He had white stuff in his hair idk if it was lice or what, shirt was very dirty and had scabs all on his arm. I didn’t eat the ice cream i purchased.

Only one employee at the store and he was outside talking to someone in a car when we arrived. He accompanied us into shop and asked how he could help. He was not rude or unfriendly. He appeared to have some type of topical skin disorder. Forehead, arms, elbows, neck, and hands with peeling skins and pustules. This may be something he cannot help, but it would be prudent for him to have washed his hands and to have on long sleeves. Stainless steel around ice cream containers had melted ice cream and sprinkles. Store was not clean.

When through the drive thru to get my neices a scoop of ice cream and a scoop for myself. The girl at the drive thru must have miss heard me and thought I said 4 scoops (i understand the miscommunication). After paying, another girl came and gave me the receipt, I asked for spoon (because my neices got ice cream IN A CUP) and she slammed her hand on the counter before handing me the spoons, my cone was stale and it was overall disappointing. As someone who works in the service industry, I find this highly unacceptable, won’t be back.

They were busy but they got my order and everyone else's order out in a hurry.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have always went to this location. But today I will not be going to it no more. The worker was so rude to me because I ordered a chocolate milkshake and stated chocolate ice cream she’s proceeds to make it with vanilla ice cream and I speak up to tell her chocolate she’s states next time make sure I say dark chocolate milkshake beyond rude to me about it I stated back I told you chocolate ice cream if she had asked first what kind of ice cream I wanted we wouldn’t even have an issue.

We have eaten at this location a few times, and for the most part this location has done really well. The last time we were in there, it was apparent that they are having some issue keeping the place clean. The ice cream was good, the staff is great. They just need to keep everything cleaner.

We’ve been in here a few times. The staff seems friendly, the ice cream is good, and, unlike the other location in Tupelo, their dinning area is open. We’d noticed the building needed some TLC and the eves need to be cleaned, but the inside seemed okay.Until we ate inside for the first time. Sitting at one of the tables, we looked over and noticed the blinds were gross. Not simply dusty, but splatted with yellow, black, and brown chunks of something sticking to the slats and edges.
