The ice cream was good but the staff were rude. I had my ice cream and was waiting to pay and I was patient until they started to ring up the customers behind me ( they got there after we did) And I had to move out the way. I was confused on why they were acting so ill and rude to us but they treated other customers nicely and with care. Idk if it was a racist thing or what but if you’re gonna work in customer service treat all people the same.

Throughout the summer made multiple trips to this BR for shakes. Let owner know the shakes were more of a flavored milk instead of a thicker shake. Apparently watering down the shakes is a cost cutting measure. They’re consistently thin. A shame when a McDonald’s shake is thicker. We’ve stopped going ?

Update, it’s November and still no change.

Don’t order a cake from them! I ordered a cake online and called them a week ahead of time to confirmed by phone that they had received the order which they said they did. When I got there the day of they had no idea about my order and didn't even have the cake made. I had to stand around for like 20 minutes while the worked talked to the manager who was the one that was supposed to make the cake. I showed the worker proof of my order, which resulted in her letting me pick out a cake that the store already had made. This is unacceptable what if it had been a child’s birthday or an event with many people that needed this cake. I wouldn’t buy a cake from here because you will do everything right and it still won’t be made, and how are you the manger and in charge of making the cakes and mess up.

Garbage can was full to the top and all the employees were kids. Toooo loud. A business is not the place to act like you’re in a school cafeteria.

My daughter has severe dairy allergies (anaphylactic) so our options to take our family to get a treat are few and far between. This particular location has allergen information posted and dairy free options so it is usually our go to. However, on our latest visit I was very disappointed to find that both dairy free options were heavily cross contaminated. When I brought it to the employees attention, I was met with blank stares. No apologies or acknowledging that their carelessness could have severely hurt my child. Very disappointing.

Horrible experience. Employee was so rude to me before I was able to enter the establishment I left (close to closing time, she met me outside taking out trash). She just had a horrible attitude. I didn’t feel comfortable that someone that was able to speak to customers with such ugliness would possibly be preparing my food/drink. I will not be returning & corporate will be called. Should be ashamed.

We just went through the drive through here in Tupelo. Not only did we wait 15 minutes, when we paid my ice cream was melted and my husband's shake was chocolate milk. The person who waited on us had a really bad attitude. He went to get another shake and came back to tell us the ice cream was hard to scoop so it was taking a long time. And they were really busy. He eventually brought back the same melted shake. No wonder this franchise is going out of business.
