Awesome southern style BBQ.. I love coming home and seeing pork on the menu again. The beef brisket is as good as many texas joints brisket.. The service was great and the prices reasonable. I'll definitely be going back again next visit.

Stop here as I was traveling through Tupelo. It was very good & convenient to the interstate. Great fried okra and better baked beans. I also had the ribs. They were well done. Try the sweet hickory and hot bbq sauce.
My boyfriend and I called in an order over the phone and was told it would take 10-15mins. We arrived, and I approached the counter and proceeded to pay for for my food (it took a minute for anyone to acknowledge my presence), but there was a guy that came from the back and took my “money” & walked off. There was a bag placed on the counter but I was never told it was our food. At this time one one was at the counter so I went to sit on the benches underneath the window (next to 2 other women). After about 30 mins I asked the ladies next to me if they’ve been waiting awhile….. they said “YES”!!!!! I got the attention of a waitress and asked her…. “Is this my food” and to my surprise it was!!!!! I asked if the other ladies (strangers) food was ready, and to our SURPRISE, it too was lined on the counter (no one) said anything to them either. Oh, and did I mention there was only about 5 ppl in the restaurant. Needless to say… I was FURIOUS!!!! I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! Now I will let you draw your own conclusion(s) about how/why this happened, but before I end this know….. the ladies and I are of the same ethnicity (sitting on the bench) & all the other customers was of a different race (treated like royalty). AND NOW MY FOOD IS COLD ??♀️
