Originally from Montana but moving from Florida. Best BBQ I’ve had in years. Meat was tender and mildly seasoned which left room for customizing with your own choice of sauce. Up north and Midwest I’ve seen too many bbq joints add large amounts of sugar to their meat for color and flavor. Bishop’s was well-balanced, simple, affordable, and timely. Was pleasantly surprised with Bishops BBQ. Their brisket came highly recommended but we didn't expect much when we walked in. Friendly and helpful staff with amazing food. Brisket was just the right kinda tender, and the gator tater chips were great. Will be back next time I'm in town.
I would give this little restaurant 10 Stars. The food was amazing. You have to try the sweet potato casserole. YUMMY! Eat in or take out, the choice is yours. The ladies were so very nice.
