Was pleasantly surprised with Bishops BBQ. Their brisket came highly recommended but we didn't expect much when we walked in. Friendly and helpful staff with amazing food. Brisket was just the right kinda tender, and the gator tater chips were great. Will be back next time I'm in town.
I would give this little restaurant 10 Stars. The food was amazing. You have to try the sweet potato casserole. YUMMY! Eat in or take out, the choice is yours. The ladies were so very nice.
My family and I went to bishop BBQ grilll the other night. We didn't realize that it was closing time but we were treated so nice. I hated that we had waited so late but they didn't get upset even when we messed up on our order. The manager had to come out and when I tell you that she is the nicest person that I have encountered. She was all smiles even though it was closing time and even though she had to fix our order.
