Food awesome as always. Came in around 12:00, not many folks. Waiter savannah kept walking by 4 or more times before even speaking to us. No simple hey I'll be with you soon or anything, 12:14 finally came by to take drink order. She too busy hugging and serving her bf across the table then helping us. We was about to walk out. She needs to work on acknowledging her customers

I was turned down outdoor seating at the Tupelo, MS Buffalo Wild Buffalo Wild Wings after I told the hostess I couldn't dine in and would like outdoor seating, due to a liver transplant and I can't dine in. (Due to germs and indoors being more susceptible to catching an illness) They couldn't accommodate my simple request, they were not busy at all. I asked again so I can't eat outside and she went to ask someone in the back and she came back and said no you can't sit outside. After the encounter I had yesterdayI refuse to support you.

We got take out from this BWW, and we arrived after the time it said it would be prepared. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to finally appear they said they hadn’t even started making our food, we ended up waiting around 45 mins, not including the 45 min wait BEFORE we arrived. While there, the hostess at the front dipped, so everyone coming in had no one to seat them. It looked like a mess of a situation. Overall, a really bad experience at the actual restaurant. What’s worse is we all got food poisoning. My daughter got it especially bad and puked all night. We will not be going back again.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Tupelo, MS – A Disaster from Start to Finish

If I could give zero stars, I would. After a long shift at work, all I wanted was a simple, correct order from Buffalo Wild Wings in Tupelo. That’s apparently too much to ask. I placed my order expecting it to be right, but when I got home—surprise, it was completely wrong. No extra compensation, no apology, just an inconvenience I didn’t need. So, I drove all the way back to get my order fixed. You’d think they’d take the time to actually correct their mistake, right? Wrong. Instead of giving me fresh wings, they took the wrong ones and just dunked them in the correct sauce like I wouldn’t notice. Spoiler alert: I did -- To top it all off, my food wasn’t even ready on time in the first place. It’s like they don’t care about customer service at all. If you’re craving wings, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

My husband and I came on a Wednesday night the parking lot was empty. So we thought we would be in and out. We sat down ordered drinks and when we got our food they told us they were behind on the fries. We at our wings without fries ordered more drinks still didn’t get the fries so we canceled them. I don’t understand how they were behind and it was only about 10 customers here.

Absolutely awful experience, I came to watch the NFL playoffs everything was fine until I was told if I order anymore beer I have to order food, I told them I ate right before coming there and I don't need food, I was on my 5th beer (it was busch light which 5 of those is nothing, if it was a high volume beer I'd understand) and I could understand that if I was causing a problem or being disruptive yet I wasn't, I was sitting there literally doing nothing.... so upon finding out im being told to leave i caused a scene im not gonna lie, but it was just a reaction of being told to leave for no reason patrons sitting beside me also told me they never do that to anyone and all agreed the staff was being ridiculous, Then as I am walking out the door I get pushed from behind by a he/she employee....cops get called on me yet they do nothing because I wasn't in the wrong nor did i break any laws. So if you like to spend money and not be disruptive don't come here, they'll kick you out for no reason, seriously the staff is a joke, i also contacted corporate because regardless of anything that employee should not have put his hands on me. Karma will come back on them. Also all of this should be on video, so the employees can rebuttal this all they want, but the eye in the sky don't lie.

Waitress was awful.. she was not attentive to our needs at all, had a bad attitude and never checked on our table. Wait time was super long as well.. she never updated us on when our food would be out. Likely won’t be back

When I call place in order at night whoever run the register and answer the phone is she was rude. I told her what kind drink yall got but no alcohol she said Pepsi product when I said what kind pepsi product then she was grumpy and I dont like it
