We got seated quickly. The waitress seemed new which was fine. Took about 45 minutes to bring waters, finally placed order and ignored. 2 hours went by, still no food, not one employee to check on us. Only 5 other guest in restaurant.Waited over 2 hours to sit and sip on water. We love this place but this happened often here it seems. Walked out.

Worsted service ever cold food waitress was the worsted she was rude asked for sauce she brought me ranch when I told her I wanted sauce not ranch she rolled her eyes had to repeat my self more then three times I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location

I had went to the one in tupelo the other day and we had gotten seated it took 30 minutes for a waiter to ask for out drinks and then about another 15 to ask about our food well eventually we had gotten our order placed and more and more people keep showing up and they were getting there food before us well eventually we were told that 3 of ours food were done and she had sent another one of ours food back because it looked bad well then she brought our food out and ir was cold and then proceeded to give of us the wrong food and then just gave it to the table next to us who had also been there an hour after us well they had to remake one of our foods be cause they had messed it up thankfully that only took a few minutes but then in the end we didint even get our appetizers and we were told we would be given discounts on our meals for it taking so long and being cold and we never did we just wanted to leave because it even took 20 minutes for us to even pay

We sat at the front door and waited for 15 minutes and watched the server say they wasn't gonna take anymore tables ik we came in at 11:10 but I had to call and ask for someone to come to the front and seat us as other servers was running to the drink area as we sat down it took a couple of minutes for a server to come out and you could just tell didn't wanna serve us I have enjoyed coming before this ik with the holidays its busy I just think that was something to be aware of
