Ordered on DoorDash and called to make sure they got the changes I made. Whoever answered cursing on the phone like she was irritated cause she didn’t wanna check and said I will have to pay extra. But, I heard a manager in the back and said it’s the same price. After paying almost $60 for food I just wanted to make sure everything was correct! Very rude… I will not be ordering from here again! North Gloster is better!

This locations food quality is not the same. The fish is pieces are so small now, and it's not golden brown and crispy like it used to be. The customer service is still good, and the speedy service is ok

I do not usually eat fast food but I saw a their commercial that showed a grilled salmon. I had to try it and I was amazed. The flavor was off the chain. I also had the lobster bisque and it was good also. I will be going back for sure.
The restaurant was busy when I arrived. Drive thru was packed (two ordering lanes), and there were three or four customers ahead of me inside. The cashier was very polite, smiling, and centered on taking care of her customers. It was a bit of a wait (approximately 20-25 minutes) to get food, but considering how busy they were and everything is prepared to order it wasn't bad. The staff was working hard, the customers were taken care of and the lobster rolls I was getting for my wife were perfect.
Parking: Parking spaces in both sides of the drive with handicap parking (4 spaces) right at the door.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is not a problem for this location with handicap parking close to the door and wide, accessible doorways

One star is too much for this place. Been sitting in the Drive-Thru for about an hour still waiting on my food at the window. Total time from the time I pulled into the parking lot until now I still have not gotten my food took an hour

Fish wax too greasy and the shrimp was a waste of the $1.99 to try them. I ended up ordering Jimmy Johns which was no better because they left off most of the extras and would not answer phone. In person visit tomorrow with pictures.
