I had the best experience yesterday and it's not the first one at this Captain D's location. The food was great and the staff were friendly and responsive. The restaurant was clean and service was fast.

Usually Captain D’s is a pretty safe choice for fast food but this particular establishment is an exception. Greasy greasy fish served by an extremely unfriendly woman named Marilyn. No stars. Just terrible indigestion.

I love Captain D's and the period at sordid very friendly but... this is the 3rd time I've been to this Captain D'Souza and they never have any of the Captain D's sauce.... that's the best sauce yall got.
The person at the drive thru was very friendly and patient. The food was ready very quickly and our order was spot on. We both ordered the Giant Fish Sandwich combos, and we were not disappointed with the sizes of the fillets. This restaurant isn't right off the interstate ramp. You have to kind of drive around a long block, but it's so worth it!

I love Captain D's! There are occasions that they are under staffed or just busy. I always get water with my meal. Their water cups could or should be bigger. I had to start bringing in my own water bottle. I didn't want to keep bothering the ladies at the front counter. I love to get a 3 pc. battered fish, with the classic sides. The fish is always fresh & crispy! If you are taking it togo, ask for your sauces. Especially, the malt vinegar! Even, if you are eating in, still ask for Captain D's sauce. Sometimes the lady at the front counter will run your order to you. I think that's really nice! There are days that you might have to wait extra time to order or you receive your food. But, it is always fresh! **Side note- the music playing was a bit too much R&B/Hip-Hop/Rap. I personally didn't mind it. I could tell that the older people weren't a fan. Even some of the words in the songs shouldn't been said or maybe offensive to some people. I do enjoy dining here. Don't start with the country music again, though. So, please don't get me wrong. This is just my 2 cents. I do love this place!!
