Alway a great place to eat the steak and cheese are really good. I’m a truck driver and have ate at several locations and always great service and food. I wish we had one in my home town.

Food was good but now my stomach hurts me so bad .Will never eat there again.Now I'm at home suffering bad .Gotta find a way to get this food out my stomach ASAP

Charley's never disappoints! I love the philly cheesesteak! Nice staff & atmosphere is ok, it's inside the mall so typical mall food court atmosphere. I do recommend!

I ordered from here tonight. It was delicious! The Philly cheese steak, cheese fries, strawberry lemonade all were just perfect. And price can't beat, the large Philly steak was HUGE.! My new favorite place.

Went to go get food from here. They refused to take my cash because they can't have change. I mean how do you even run a business if you can't take cash. And the guy had a attitude about it as well with a smirk on his face.

the food is amazing and so is the customer service. at times staff can have some attitude issues but I've had a reoccurring issue of finding hairs in my food , in the steak or cheese. i try to take it out but sometimes i see more. i love this restaurant just , please fix this :(

Love it.

Don’t order the turkey melt because they’ll give you ham and swear to you it’s turkey when it clearly LOOKS and TASTES just like ham. The ones working there have no customer service skills whatsoever. Poorly run establishment!!!

Don't deserve a 1 star put wrong condiments on the wrong sandwich cold fries just awful and no one speaks English!!!

This location should be closed down the service is terrible. Had a friend who witnessed this crew spit in someone's food and serve it to them. When they asked for their money back security was called. They did not hesitate to spit in someone's food with a window full of customers imagine what they will do when your not looking. They also refused the refund.

Inability to speak with staff, online order, and the order was wrong. When deficiencies we're identified, the language barrier prevented recourse.

We popped in to the Mall at Barnes Crossing to grab lunch and do some quick shopping. The service at Charley's was swift even though there were lots of patrons. The food was filling and very good. I got a small chicken philly with regular fries and my friend got a small club philly with loaded fries. We were both very pleased. The season salt, jalapeño lime salt, and malt vinegar at the end of the line had a huge impact on the flavor, and we were glad we used them. Overall very happy with our meals! The price was great. Will definitely choose this place again! Drinks are an additional cost on top of the meal deals, but we still spent less than $10 per person per meal with drinks included.

I love getting the Chicken Philly Sandwiches!! They are made fresh to order, and the fries are always super fresh & hot. I go to the mall just to get a sandwich!! ?
