Charley's never disappoints! I love the philly cheesesteak! Nice staff & atmosphere is ok, it's inside the mall so typical mall food court atmosphere. I do recommend!
I ordered from here tonight. It was delicious! The Philly cheese steak, cheese fries, strawberry lemonade all were just perfect. And price can't beat, the large Philly steak was HUGE.! My new favorite place.

Went to go get food from here. They refused to take my cash because they can't have change. I mean how do you even run a business if you can't take cash. And the guy had a attitude about it as well with a smirk on his face.

the food is amazing and so is the customer service. at times staff can have some attitude issues but I've had a reoccurring issue of finding hairs in my food , in the steak or cheese. i try to take it out but sometimes i see more. i love this restaurant just , please fix this :(

Don’t order the turkey melt because they’ll give you ham and swear to you it’s turkey when it clearly LOOKS and TASTES just like ham. The ones working there have no customer service skills whatsoever. Poorly run establishment!!!

My wife just got a turkey cheddar melt from this place and they served her ham and when confronted, they doubled down and swore it was turkey. Turkey meat is white and ham is pink, the meat also tasted just like ham. If your supplier really is claiming that's turkey, you're being fooled, it's ham all day long. On top of that, to be talked to like I'm stupid and don't know the difference in ham and Turkey was an insult. Stay away from this place. They also practice false advertising in their promotional pictures. I spent $25 on two small combos, that's highway robbery. I won't be back and I hope your business gets what it deserves!!!

Don't deserve a 1 star put wrong condiments on the wrong sandwich cold fries just awful and no one speaks English!!!

This location should be closed down the service is terrible. Had a friend who witnessed this crew spit in someone's food and serve it to them. When they asked for their money back security was called. They did not hesitate to spit in someone's food with a window full of customers imagine what they will do when your not looking. They also refused the refund.
The food never disappoints, but the people who work there make me and my friends incredibly uncomfortable. the constant comments and unnecessary flirting when most are in relationships. I have had friends who were trying to order but the men were to distracted stating at a woman's a** who was walking by. They constantly stare at us and make us all (myself and like 8 others not including several other employees i know in the mall) incredibly uncomfortable. the food is amazing yes, and it's the only place I really like at the mall, but they make it really hard to want to go there by myself.

We popped in to the Mall at Barnes Crossing to grab lunch and do some quick shopping. The service at Charley's was swift even though there were lots of patrons. The food was filling and very good. I got a small chicken philly with regular fries and my friend got a small club philly with loaded fries. We were both very pleased. The season salt, jalapeño lime salt, and malt vinegar at the end of the line had a huge impact on the flavor, and we were glad we used them. Overall very happy with our meals! The price was great. Will definitely choose this place again! Drinks are an additional cost on top of the meal deals, but we still spent less than $10 per person per meal with drinks included.
